We first met Tony when we were going to finish the basement at our home in Brewster. We met with him several times and saw another basement he had finished so we looked forward to working with him. The town had certain restrictions and requirements and we weren't going to be able to do what we planned so we put the project on the back burner. Tony had spent a lot of time with us trying to come up with a good concept, so when we eventually moved to Hyannis we gave him another call. Again he spent a lot of time with us coming up with a design that would work well for our needs. Once we were able to come up with a start date that would work for both of us, the work started on time. As each phase of the construction began, we would go over what was needed and we adjusted things accordingly. Whether it was the location of a wall outlet, closet or stairway Tony and his worker would take the time to go over every detail. Making changes was never an issue as he was open to any idea we had, big or small. Tony was careful about the cost for the project. If we asked for something that was not originally discussed, he would let us know if he could do it and still be within the budget we agreed on. Most times little extras were included. If not, we talked about how we could accommodate the latest item on the wish list. He was always fair with any extras and there was never any hidden costs that suddenly appeared at the end of the project. All of the subcontractors he used were professional and courteous. They were neat with the work materials and tools and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Our new living space came out exactly as we wanted. It is a multi functional space that serves as a family room, playroom for the grandkids, sewing area and office. Tony's finish work and extra touches make it a cozy retreat and better than a man-cave! I highly recommend Anthony Quinn Construction and plan on using his outstanding services again for a built-in bookcase wall unit in my living room. He is honest, a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with!

Tony provided excellent service. The total cost was kept to the estimated price. He provided clear explanations of options. He was very responsive to our contacts, usually by email. The job did take longer than planned, but this was largely due to delays from vendors providing materials. Also, we were not currently inhabiting the home, and there was less hurry because of this. The work was completed thoroughly and cleanup was complete. We would most certainly make use of Tony's services again.

He was reliable and honest. He was very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him to other.

Anthony "Tony" Quinn from Anthony Quinn Contracting remodeled our Master Bathroom in June 2013. We chose him as our contractor after interviewing several local contractors, and finding his name on "Angie's List". We were not disappointed with our decision! Having numerous experiences with several contractors over the years including home remodeling, additions and building our own home...Tony is one of our favorites, hands down! Not only was his workmanship excellent, but he was considerate in keeping the work area as clean as possible, he was flexible when the tile shipment was 2 weeks late, and he would call us to let us know if he was going to be late or unable to show on a day he was expected to be there. We highly recommend Tony and will definitely hire him again in the future!

We are in the last phase of our renovation and we couldn't be happier as our vision is taking shape. This is a big project that involved installing new Triple-pane windows throughout the house, taking a weight-bearing wall down and installing heavy duty beams to support the second floor in order to create an open floor plan, major update to a once three-season room that now opens up to the first floor. First floor rugs removed and will be replaced with woven-strand bamboo flooring. Both bathrooms in the process of being updated from new tile flooring, vanities, and tile work. Major renovation to the upstairs bathroom as it once had a tub/shower unit and is now being converted to a walk-in shower complete with tile. We asked Tony to open up the stairway and install custom railings, as well as build a custom mantle for our fireplace and it looks fabulous. There will be new carpeting installed on the stairs,as well as new carpeting throughout the second floor. New quartz kitchen counter will be installed in a week or so with new sink, faucet, and marble back-splash. Tony and his crew are punctual, considerate, friendly, and neat. Every night before they leave they make sure the floors are swept and their tools are put away. He listens to us, which is so important when undertaking a major renovation such as this. Tony involves us every step of the way; giving us suggestions and choices. We interviewed several builders and choose Anthony Quinn Construction based on his glowing reviews and our impression of him after our first meeting. We made the right choice!

My husband has very high standards for professional contractors and Mr. Quinn delivered high standards on-time, at a time when lots of people wanted work done at the Cape.

I do not want to work with companies that porovide no responsiveness to the client. The customer is owed respect. I find it disheartening that so many vendors take the customers for granted. I will not do business with this company.

.Very happy with the work. Tony seems like a contractor who genuinely cares about his relationship with his clients. He was busy and in the process of a move while giving me the estimate and had trouble with his internet connection so I had trouble getting an estimate from him. He lowered the price from the original estimate for any inconvenience it may have caused me without me even asking. I would contact him for any other work that needs to be done on my place

Great. Kitchen can be seen from the front door so the job needed to be expertly executed. Tony and his assistant were cheerful, neat and tidy. Kept to his price even though the job was much more difficult than first appeared. Left the work site in perfect order. Tony was timely and courteous in communications and execution. Would highly recommend him for other jobs.

We have dealt with a number of contractors over the years. Tony excels in that he does quality work and, most importantly, he is easy to deal with to resolve issues. Anyone who thinks that a job like this can be executed without any changes or problems has not dealt much with these types of projects. We spent a lot of time on drawings and specifications beforehand but still made a number of minor changes during the job. Tony was very cooperative and did not nickel and dime us. Also, at times he came up with his own suggestions to benefit the project. If we were unhappy with something that was done he tried to satisfy without any defensiveness, excuses, etc. Also, he answers phone calls and emails so you know what is happening. One of the worst problems we have experienced with contractors is that they are poor communicators. There were times he had to change plans and schedules but he always let us know so that we knew what to expect. We went out to bid on this job and Tony was originally not the low bidder. However, he negotiated aggressively and ultimately we reached an agreement that satisfied all of us. I ended up supplying tile, HVAC, and decorating. He cooperated with all of my suppliers and things went very smoothly. We specified bathroom fixtures and other materials but he made the purchases. Being an engineer I probably ask more questions than most and have more of an interest in the nuts and bolts. He always took the time to explain things or address my concerns. Also, my wife found him good to deal with and he worked with her on design issues. Since Tony is not a large contractor sometimes he had to shift priorities because of manpower. However, I have no doubt that if we had dealt with a large contractor we would not have had the personal attention and flexibility that we received.

He was the most responsive; the most efficient contractor I have worked with to date; and we have done 10 homes.

Mr Quinn was very personable and professional. He was prompt to respond to telephonic and email communications. He arrived on time for scheduled appointments and completed the job in the time promised. Quality work.

Tony and his assistant were very professional and prompt. Willing to listen and provide their customer with changes they requested. We will use them again.

We really enjoyed working with Anthony. His work is good quality, we never had to ask him to re-do anything. We are somewhat on a budget with the renovations, and are always shopping for bargain items (such as windows, doors), Anthony never had a issue working with the doors/windows provided by us. I am also very much into recycling, so when we asked Anthony to reuse some of the door/window trim and doors so that we don't have to throw it away, he didn't have an issue with that either. We now have three beautiful sliding doors, new windows and a patio door that we are very happy with.

Anthony Quinn installed a new basement door toward the bulkhead and replaced the roof ridge vents. He also moved the second floor bathroom vent to the gable end from the soffit. He was on time and worked very quickly and professionally.

There really were not any "don't s" Overall the project was completed in time to all details and specifications.

Everything was done as discussed.The price was adjusted to reflect additional work. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Anthony was a pleasure to work with, arrived on time, finished on time, cleaned up. Great job!

The bathroom looks great and it's a pleasure to bathe in our spiffy, new shower. Among the nice things about dealing with Mr. Quinn is seeing the professionalism that he brings to every job. He is on time, as promised and his estimates are exact. I've never been asked to increase the cost because of unforeseen issues. I recommend him unconditionally.

I called Anthony Quinn Construction to come and take a look at work I needed done for our "in-law apartment" addition to my daughter's home. He came out within a few days to give me an estimate. I needed outside stairs to the second floor, all the finish trim work around windows and doors inside, all interior doors ordered and installed, baseboard in the entire apartment, subflooring installed in each room, shelving in the walk-in closets and 2 large entry closets plus doors for these also. He promptly emailed me his estimate for labor and materials and his cost never changed. It was right on! He was prompt, courteous,and a real gentleman. His work is superior quality. His worker Jeremiah was also excellent. This was the best experience I have ever encountered with a contractor. I would definitely use him again. Any future projects, which there will be, including a total remodeling in the future of my daughter's kitchen would be handled by Anthony Quinn Construction.

He is a good, honest guy and he really takes the time to do the work. He concentrates on the work and doesn’t make phone calls and get distracted. He comes in and gets it done. The price is what it is; I got some other quotes that were really high. It wasn't cheap but he did a lot of work. His price was about right. I definitely would use him again.

He's my go-to guy! As usual he did exceptionally well! He's always reliable & good to work with.

Both jobs were done professionally. Very good to work with, relatively punctual and responsive considering these were small jobs he needed to fit into his schedule. Quite happy overall.
