About us

Starting in the late 1980’s as small partnership building and renovating homes in the Pioneer Valley, Thayer Street Associates, Inc. has expanded to include not only residential work but commercial projects for retail businesses, offices, educational facilities, restaurants, medical and dental practices, hospitals, hotels, municipal offices, churches, and historical restoration work. TSA has not only grown its general contracting and project management business, but from modest beginnings, has developed a cabinet and millwork shop capable of meeting the requirements of clients and architects to produce casework in quantity and of the highest quality. Throughout our expansion, we at TSA have strived to maintain a commitment to conduct business with our clients —both residential and commercial— in an open, honest, and personal way. We believe that in all construction projects best results are achieved collaboratively. With this as a goal, we have built a reputation based upon cooperation and positivity which is ultimately beneficial to all involved. To this end, we have developed a network of good relations with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and materials providers. We assure excellent communication, efficiency, high quality finish products, and timely completion of the work. Please contact us for your next project. We are full service general contractors. We provide one stop shopping from design to structural engineering in house. We have a full cabinet shop and do our own finishing in house. We have been in business for 25 years in Deerfield, MA. We have a Mass Certified Building inspector in our office as well. We have all Worker's Comp and Liability Insurance Coverage. We are a bonded contractor by the Insurance Company and also are registered for Historic Restoration by the state

Thayer Street Associates aren't very punctual but the quality of work is good. They have a good crew and they are very professional.
Description of Work: Thayer Street Associates repaired our building that was damaged from a car that ran into it. So, they repaired the frame, siding, etc.
