Deerfield Design

He was not trustworthy. He was recommended to us by a friend. We had such a nightmare with this person. The work was just shabby. We had to have repairs done. We had to have other companies come out and do repairs. Some work was left undone. It was an absolute nightmare. It was amazing that we ever reached a level of satisfaction with this project. He has left a ton of people in wake of his deceit. We did a lot of research after the work was done. I would tell people to run the other way as fast as they can. Absolutely avoid him! It seems like he had one unsatisfied customer after the other. He is basically an architect. We wonder if he was even a legitimate one. We might have been okay if we would have just stopped at him doing the design. We did like the design that he did for the addition. He liked to assert himself in the whole building process. We have a timber frame home. He wanted to use his people. He wanted to be the general contractor. The work crews came and went on a daily basis because they weren't happy with him or because he wouldn't pay them. The other people looked like they just got out of a correction facility. Overall, the whole project was just overshadowed by dishonesty and shoty work. It was just a horrible experience.
