Scott was very responsive from the first time we spoke through his completion of the job. I never had a hard time reaching him, and he was on-time and ready to work. He and his crew did an excellent job rewiring my home from knob and tube to romex. There is minimal patch work needed, and the holes were cut small and neat.

Contacted Scott last week explained my problem and gave him my hone number... But he then stated that if he did not contact me by Monday or Tuesday this week to call him back... Not good a customer should not have to contact contractor as to why he forgot or did not contact them... too bad I'll solve problem myself or hire someone else....
