My husband called on Saturday to have someone come out and give us an estimate on removing a tree stump, he was told someone would be at our home Sunday morning at 9am. Sunday morning 9 am came, and no one showed up, giving the benefit of doubt because sometimes people run late I waited until 10 am to call, a woman answered the phone and said she was going to see where the guy was, 45 minutes passed and no one called me back, so yet again I called and when she answered I could barely get my sentence out, I was trying to let her know I haven't heard from anyone, rudely she said "You sound like a robot, I cant hear you" and she hung up. I called again only to have her pick up and hang up without saying a word. From a different phone my husband called to see what was going on, we had been waiting around almost 2 hours passed the scheduled time of 9am, he wasn't able to get many words out before the woman on the phone was shouting "I cant hear you, I can't hear you." Apparently they don't know professionalism and couldn't handle this job. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
