I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WIZARD CLEANING/MARIA SILVA. THEY ARE THE BEST CLEANERS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY TAKE GREAT CARE AND PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. I TRUST THEM IMPLICITLY IN THE HOUSE WHEN I AM NOT HERE. I THINK THAT THEY DELIVER SUPERIOR SERVICE FOR A FAIR PRICE.
Description of Work: WIZARD CLEANING, OWNED BY MARIA SILVA -- WHO IS ALWAYS ON SITE TO WORK AND MANAGE STAFF -- IS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. SOME YEARS AGO, I HAD THE SAME CLEANER FOR 5 YEARS. AFTER SHE MOVED, I WENT THROUGH A SERIES OF 5 OTHER CLEANERS UNTIL I FOUND WIZARD/MARIA SILVA. SHE CLEANS OUR 2000 SQUARE FOOT TOWN HOUSE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, WASHING WOOD AND TILE FLOORS, VACUUMING (EVEN UNDER FURNITURE), DUSTING, CLEANING THE FRIDGE, EMPTYING GARBAGE, AND CHANGING LINENS. THE PLACE LITERALLY SHINES WHEN SHE/CREW LEAVE.

Description of Work: CLEANED ENTIRE APARTMENT FOR TENANT MOVE-OUT/MOVE-IN. LEFT EVERYTHING SPARKLING CLEAN - STOVE, FRIDGE, DISHWASHER, SHELVES, CABINETS, SHOWER AND TUB, ETC. MURPHY SOAPED WOOD FLOORS, SHAMPOOED RUG. MARIA EVEN PACKED UP SOME ITEMS FOR THE TENANTS DURING THEIR MOVE-OUT! I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED THAT MARIA WORKED WITH ME TH SCHEDULE THE CLEANING ON THE BUSIEST DAY OF THE YEAR FOR MOVING, AND WORKED AROUND TENANTS COMING AND GOING. SPENT ABOUT 4 HOURS TOTAL.
