+ 1 moreThey did an excellent job. It cost much more than the estimate, and I saw the work. He was dealing with old buildings. He was not familiar, he overestimated. I was not happy about that. I had an estimate from another company, so I knew what the top end was. It was labor intensive. It was a lot more money, but on the other hand the work was high quality. Its the nature of construction. I didn't considered it an low ball, and with old buildings its more labor intensive.
Description of Work: They did the porch. They replaced the foundation on the porch that was sagging, and replaced the windows on the second and third floors. They were custom windows.
