Victor replaced and repaired my rotted outdoor window sills. Victor worked so hard to repair and replace my sills and did a GREAT job in building the needed sills. Victor did whatever was needed to insure the job was done correctly. He was focused on the job. Victor is excellent at whatever he does and did a neat and clean job. I have asked him back to for more work!!! I recommend Victor to perform any window work you may need. In addition, Victor was very personable and has a personality thatâ s unmatched in the home repair business. Thank You Victor for a job WELL DONE!

They came out identified the problem, fixed it. Hopefully it will not be a problem. I have to wait til it rains though. The guy that came out was very nice and knowledgeable!!

Victor is customer focused and does whatever he can for the customer. He could have sold me a new window but told me he could fix my existing window - and that is what he did. He is excellent and I will call him back for more work!!!

Victor responded quickly to my initial call. He communicated clearly and honestly about his availability to make the appointment (made an appointment over the phone for the next day, then called the next day when he finished his earlier appointment ahead of schedule and got to us an hour earlier than expected). He was also clear and honest about the cost involved in repairing a damaged window pane. He completed the work quickly -- removed the damaged pane, took it to the shop to repair it, and returned it within two and a half hours -- for the price quoted over the phone.

Easy to deal with, courteous owner ready to offer solutions and reasonable prices when compare to other big companies. I replaced a window broker glass and he did the whole process within a 24 hrs. I would 100% recommend Victory!

It was probably one of the most pleasant contractor experiences I've ever had. They cleaned all the windows, did minor repairs to make the old windows more tolerable and repaired ripped screens. I will be recommending their services to all my neighbors.

The repairman called to say he would be a little late, which wasn’t an issue for me because I had the day off. He was super friendly and explained the whole process very well. Pricing was way better than I was expecting, and I ended up getting my fixed screen back really quickly. Overall, I was super happy with my experience and would definitely book with them if I had any repair needs in the future.
