PARTNERS PROFESSIONAL PAINTING

Partner's Professional Painters were wonderful from the first time I spoke to them. They were courteous and exceptionally neat in both their appearance and the work they did. They prepared everything very nicely which makes all the difference for a job like this on a 130 year old house. The job came out so well that my husband even gave them a bonus, something he rarely does, when they were finished. I would highly recommend this professional, highly qualified painting contractor. There prices were very fair.

Leo was very punctual and very professional. He took the time to explain the work involved and answer questions. His estimate was slightly less than others we received, but we decided to go with another company because we need extensive carpentry repairs and other exterior work and decided to use a general contractor.

They visited to give me an estimate, but I never received it in the mail! He gave very cursory answers to my questions when I saw him, so I didn't bother following up with someone who appeared so disinterested. Granted it's a small job (small house!) but still.

These guys were absolutely terrific! First, they always showed up when they said they would. Leo, the foreman, worked closely with me on choosing colors and went to extra trouble to paint swatches so that I could make up my mind. He and his entire crew were extremely respectful and did a thoroughly wonderful job! Their estimate was in line with others, but I can't imagine that anyone else could have done a better job!

Leo was professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. He and his team did a thorough, careful, and high-quality job. We had several delays due to weather problems this summer. Leo kept in touch with us by e-mail about scheduling, and also about progress on the work once he began. Our whole neighborhood was impressed.

Leo was polite and professional from our very first phone conversation. When he came out to give me an estimate, he gave a thorough explanation of how he would proceed if he got the job and showed a great deal of knowledge about all aspects of exterior painting. His crew was polite, on time and very hard working. My neighbors were very impressed by how quickly and efficiently they worked. Leo was very good about keeping in contact with me as the work progressed. He was also always available on his cell phone. Leo was quick to respond to any concerns I had and his crew re-touched anything I was unhappy with as we went along. Leo made it very clear that he was striving for complete customer satisfaction and would fulfill any reasonable request to achieve that goal. Our house looks great and we are very satisfied!

Because of the rain it went on longer than I wanted it to. Leo is an excellent communicator. Most men that work for him do not speak English, but he gets through this very well. I would highly recommend him.

Leo was punctual, professional, and friendly through the quote process. We ended up going with another contractor mainly because they were able to perform additional work at the same time as the paint job. But Leo's price was competitive and he was responsive and helpful.

Leo was extremely professional, responsive and pleasant to deal with. His crew was also fantastic -- our house was in terrible shape, and they worked very hard to get a tough job done and were so pleasant about it. Their work was great and their cleanup was meticulous. Leo scheduled the job very efficiently to complete it despite poor weather -- even on weekends. The cost was very reasonable, given the scale of the job. It was a pleasure to work with Leo and his crew and I would highly recommend them.

The company was very professional, overall, coming punctually to our house, explaining the work they would do, bring us references, and send getting back to us with an estimate. We did not choose it because we thought they were too expensive in comparison with the other companies.

I left a number of messages about wanting estimates for painting my 105 year-old, 3 story house. No response.

Leo was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. He arrived for the estimate on time, spent over an hour explaining what would be involved, and was very responsive to my phone calls. In the end we chose another company for the job, but we have no doubt that Partners would have done an amazing job as well.

Leo is very responsible, reliable, polite and his crew does top quality work. He even returned to touch up some spots that had been missed the first time. I recommend Partners highly.

LEO WAS REASONABLY RESPONSIVE TO EMAILS REGARDING THIS JOB. (WE HAD SOME FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS THAT WERE SOMEWHAT INVOLVED.) HE WAS ON A JOB IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, SO HE CAME BY ONE MORNING AND SPOKE WITH US ABOUT OPTIONS AND GAVE US REFERENCES AND INSURANCE PAPERS. I APPRECIATED THIS BEING DONE IN A MATTER-OF-PROCEDURE MANNER. HE GOT BACK TO US WITH AN ESTIMATE BY THE TIME PROMISED. I TURNED THE EMAILS OVER TO A MEMBER OF CHURCH BOARD.

THE ESTIMATOR, WHO'S ONE OF THE OWNERS, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIS PRICE WAS AWFULLY HIGH, THOUGH; SO I HAVEN'T DECIDED WHETHER OR NOT TO USE HIS FIRM.

ESTIMATE WAS THOROUGH AND DETAILED. WORK WAS DONE EXACTLY AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE JOB WAS STARTED A WEEK EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED, AND WAS COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE BY BRINGING EXTRA CREW TO FINISH (THERE WAS RAIN IN THE FORECAST). GOOD COMMUNICATION BY BOTH PHONE AND E-MAIL.

GOOD SOLID WORK AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. AN EXCELLENT VALUE. LEO IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. MY ONLY RESERVATION IS THAT AUXILIARY SERVICES LIKE REPAIRING GUTTERS OR MISCELLANEOUS CARPENTRY THAT COMES UP SEEMED TO BE LOW ON THEIR RADAR. PRODDING WAS SOMETIMES NECESSARY.

VERY NICE PROFESSIONAL, BUT QUALITY WAS INFERIOR.

LEO AND HIS CREW WERE THE BEST OF ALL THE CONTRACTORS WE HAVE HAD WORK ON OUR OLD HOUSE OVER THE PAST THREE YEARS. THEIR PRICE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN ANY OF THE OTHER PAINTERS WHO GAVE US QUOTES, AND YET THE STANDARD OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, POLITE, AND EXTREMELY HARD WORKING. THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED. TOWARDS THE END OF THE JOB WE STARTED TO FEEL THAT THEY WERE UNDER SOME PRESSURE TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT JOB AND THERE WERE SOME MINOR MISUNDERSTANDINGS, BUT LEO WAS RECEPTIVE TO OUR COMPLAINTS AND WE WERE QUICKLY ABLE TO WORK OUT ACCEPTABLE SOLUTIONS. OVERALL I WOULD HAPPILY RECOMMEND LEO AND HIS CREW TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN AFFORDABLE, HIGH QUALITY PAINT JOB ON THE EXTERIOR OF THEIR HOUSE.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. LEO AND HIS CREW WORKED VERY HARD. THE HOUSE TURNED OUT GREAT. LEO MADE SURE WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED BEFORE MOVING ON TO HIS NEXT JOB. WE HAVE BEEN GETTING COMPLIMENTS FROM ALL OUR NEIGHBORS. BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD SO FAR WITH A CONTRACTOR. LEO TREATED BOTH THE HUSBAND AND WIFE WITH RESPECT, AND LISTENED TO BOTH OF US EQUALLY.

I WOULD OVERALL GIVE THIS COMPANY A VERY GOOD RATING. THE CONTACT PERSON LEO WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND FRIENDLY. THE WORK DONE LOOKS GREAT AND OVERALL I WAS VERY PLEASED. MY ONLY ADVICE IS THAT WITH SCHEDULING EXTERIOR PAINT JOBS A LOT IS DETERMINED BY WEATHER. I WAS FAIRLY OPEN TO SCHEDULING THE PROJECT BUT THE DATE THE WORK WAS DONE WAS BEYOND THE EXPECTED TIME FRAME. THAT SAID, LEO HONORED A COUPON EVEN PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE GIVEN THE DELAY.

BEST PAINTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THESE MEN WERE POLITE, DILIGENT, VERY DETAIL ORIENTED AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. LEO, THE OWNER, WAS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH, KEPT US INFORMED WHAT WAS GOING ON. WOULD ABSOLUTELY HIRE AGAIN.
