 + -1 moreInstallation went well, however they dropped the ball on responsiveness. Granted 2015 was a tough winter, and the ice dams were not their issue, however they never returned multiple calls and emails. They came out later and agreed to perform some minor repairs, however they were never completed. I was also promised a 'special' number to call for priority customers, which was also not provided.
Description of Work: Removed old roof, installed new roof system.

Description of Work: This is a follow up to my initial review now that they had the chance to return to make corrections for a new roof installed on the main house, breezeway and garage. There were issues with the quality of work regarding the rubber membrane installed on flat portions of roof (not properly adhered and bubbled everywhere). After multiple calls they came back in the following spring/early summer to address issues. They repaired most of the pealing membrane (but stated that it would probably continue happen),they replaced some improperly installed shingles, installed an area of the starter course where they forgot to due so (now no longer leaking in the kitchen!) and replaced a damaged gutter. The issues with installation of rubber roof was not corrected as I was not willing to spend the additional $5000 that they were willing fix the problem for. They used minimally trained sub-contractors on the initial job(that just smiled at me when I tried to talk with them). A different crew showed up to correct some of the problems but I was left with a portion of roof and chimney covered in silicone as their solution. Needless to say, I made a mistake choosing this company to install my roof. In the end, I tried very hard to work with them to make the corrections but have given up and am convinced I will be putting another roof on the house in 10 years instead of 25 to 30. Needless to say, they will not be returning to bid on it when the time comes.
