New England Reglaze

Showed up late to original appointment. Work was spotty at best. It seemed as if they rushed the job since they showed up 3 hours late. Upon inspection, two tubs had runs in them. Rescheduled another appointment for them to repair. Showed up 2 hours late. issues not 100% resolved...it's ok, but for the money one would expect more. Technicians are difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. Clean up after the job was not the best. Not a professional outfit.

They were 1 hr. Late. I called and they were on their way. Two men came. Very pleasant. Sanded and reglazed tub. No mess. Everything cleaned. Instructions given. Paid by check. Was unsure of how it would look for $450.00 but they did a good job. Other quotes were $750.00. Would use this company again.

Job was presented as a five year guarantee on the work. Subsequently the surface has cracked and started to chip off along the tub/tile line. Despite repeated calls, the company is non-responsive to requests for a return visit and repair. An unfortunatley all too typical of an example of the worst in contractors, someone who will not stand behind their work and goes out of their way to avoid you. Huge thumbs down on this company.

They did a fantastic job, and it looks new again. They were very professional, and were kind and courteous. They took the time to really walked me thorough the process.
