Overall it went well besides almost paying double for the job. After all was said and done, my husband called him regarding the price. His response was that two licensed plumbers were there which was himself and his assistant.

"Member. I am surprised at your review of our work. After asessing the situation regarding the leaking drain,i gave the estimate to your mother,then proceeded to call you with the total as well. This was done before we started any repairs. Upon your arrival,i showed you and your husband what we proposed to do. After the work was completed,i asked for you to look at the work and explained what we did. You paid me promptly and also had a wonderful conversation before i left. I am at a loss as to why you are not satisfied."
