+ -1 moreI was having a tough week, and went to Home Depot to grab some plywood. The rip cutter was out of service, so I was forced to try to load the full slabs into my minivan. I tried - and failed. Luis came over and asked if I needed help, and we tried together - it still wasn’t working. So Luis offered to put the wood in his truck and deliver it to my home for free. I was absolutely blown away by the offer, and I almost broke down in tears. True to his word, 20 minutes later Luis showed up and helped me unload into my garage. This isn’t a review of the work because I haven’t worked with them yet, but I intend to, because it’s rare that you meet somebody willing to go so far out of their way to help somebody in need.

Description of Work: I had water damage on the lower have of one garage wall as well as one wall in my laundry room. I also needed a new door hung, and 2-1 foot sized holes in my laundry room ceiling. They did exactly what I needed, he showed up with his crew when he said they would, and was very pleasant. Fast forward several months. I called them as I needed some additional work done and set a time for the work to be done. No one showed. I called, I was given an excuse and advised they would be out. No one came, I called and left messages and have not had a return call. The contractor did call me by mistake one day, thinking he was calling another client--but still no action!! I am sad to say I have to lower the grade considerably..

+ 1 moreOnly several days passed from when I asked for work to begin to completion. Remarkably speedy and thorough work, extensive knowledge of materials and processes, completely sturdy construction, beautiful work!
Description of Work: Luis and his crew did a fantastic job reconstructing my small back porch. He was punctual, professional, efficient, and priced perfectly. I know I could not have found a better solution than to hire LKK. Highly recommended, and I will be using their services in the future.
