John did a great job. He was fast, informative, and very reasonably priced.

Our (only) toilet clogged on a Sunday night when we had family visiting from out of town. I called John early the next morning and he called right back. He came over within two hours and took care of the clog, adjusted our toilet to help prevent clogs in the future, and explained some other ways we could avoid clogs. He arrived more quickly, charged less, and explained everything much better than a plumber I have used in the past.

Job very well done! John was very easy to work with. He did have to make two trips as he needed to order the broken part. He came out on very little notice, quickly diagnosed the problem and came back the following day to fix it.

John was in my area when contacted and was able to come that day. He manged to quickly fix all our small but very annoying problems. He is a very pleasant man and very good at what he does. I will use him again and highly recommend him.

John returned my call and was at our house in less than an hour! He cleaned out debris that accumulated in the (forced hot air) heater and it was working once again. This was my first time calling him, and I will definitely call again as needed. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

John was very professional and on time. He diagnosed the initial problem (pressure cut-off not working), explained in detail what was going on, and checked for other issues. He demonstrated and explained the issue with the low-water cutoff, which needed to be replaced as well. After getting the right parts, his quote for the work was very reasonable -- I checked online for the part prices, and the parts alone were over $400. He not only replaced the broken parts but also cleaned the boiler, flushed all the water out, vacuumed the gas tubes, and advised me on proper maintenance and upkeep. Overall, I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

John arrived when he said he would. He looked at both problems. He offered to attempt to fix the sink part (rather than replace it), and upon further inspection, the part was stripped and had to be replaced. This is consistent with my previous experience with John--he always tries to save the customer money where possible--while still completing the job satisfactorily. In the end, he went to a store to buy the part in order to make sure that it matched the rest of our fixtures. He returned immediately and replaced the drain. He secured the piping. All in all the job took 2 hours, including picking up the new part, and it was a pleasant experience. I should also mention that when John replaced our hot water heater, he was the only plumber who would come by on short notice. That experience was so good that we have continued to use him for all of our plumbing needs.

John called very promptly after I phoned him about our leaking boiler. He came to the house and dealt with my husband. He saved us from buying a new boiler by replacing the old one's overflow valve. The price he cited for replacing the boiler, had we had to do that, was half that of another plumber we had phoned. The other plumber also cited a higher price for the valve repair. John was courteous, friendly, utterly honest, and more than fair in his pricing. My husband, who does almost all our handy-work at home, and is an old-fashioned "work ethic" person, usually feels plumbers, electricians, carpenters and such charge far too much and under-perform, so it speaks for John that my husband was so impressed by his promptness, expertise, courtesy, and honesty. We cannot recommend him too highly.

In this particular case, we just lucked out in many ways: first of all, the pipes burst exactly as we walked into the room, so we were able to stop the flow of water immediately. Secondly, there was a plumber's van (a different one; not JC Aldorasi) parked right outside of our house, so we were able to get help immediately. However, this plumber was not as knowledgeable or creative as John, so he was unable to fix the problem. Even before this plumber looked at the problem, I called John, since John is our regular plumber. We even lucked out in this, because John can be hard to get hold of- usually you have to leave a message, and sometimes it takes him a while to get back to you. In this case, he answered immediately and was able to come to our house within half-an-hour! He figured out the problem and found out a creative solution. John is like that- creative, reliable, honest, hard working, patient, respectful, and polite. He is willing to explain everything in detail. Terrific!

It went well. He was quick to call me back, made an appointment and turned up on time. None of the work was urgent (the shower could, with care, be adjusted so that it didn't leak), he had to order parts and I then went away so the whole process took place over a month. If it had been an emergency, he could clearly have come sooner. When he was here he was very nice and polite. In England, which I have recently moved from, plumbers who inspect gas equipment actually have to dismantle it, and light smoke flares to check for leaks, etc. before they can give you an official "gas safety certificate." Mr Aldorasi did not do this, just opened it up and looked at it carefully, but this seems to be standard practice here (and dismantling the devices sometimes causes problems of its own).

Absolutely wonderful experience. John came to my house the same day I called him, after regular business hours per my request. He is very friendly, polite, and professional, a pleasure to talk to. He was thorough and quick in his work, and it is clear that he takes great pride in doing a good job and satisfying his customers. I found the price very honest. I will most certainly call him again for any other plumbing/heating work I will need to do at my place in the future. I very highly recommend him.

Excellent, worker went above and beyond required work and even helped remove the old stove from the house.

I just bought my first house and I signed-up to Angie's List to help me find good, reliable contractors. Well, John was definitely worth the price of subscription! I first called him out to hook-up my new gas dryer and stove. He was able to come out when I needed him, and not only did he do this work, but he also took the time to answer all of my general plumbing questions. When I accidentally flushed a dog toy down the toilet, I gave John a call and he came out the next morning. He replaced my toilet and also snaked out a clogged drain in my shower. He gave me great advice on the type of toilet to buy and did this work in very little time. I will certainly call John in the future with all of my plumbing needs.

I called at 7:30am and left a message. John returned the call by 10:00 and scheduled to stop at 2:00pm. He was on time and got the problem resolved within an hour, including clean up. He is very professional and friendly. He treated this minor problem with the same expertise and sensitivity to timely resolution as a major problem.

I checked Angie's List for someone who could come out ASAP to fix the leak. I called 2 plumbers from the list. One never returned my call, the other was John who returned my call the same day and made arrangements to come out the next day at 8A.M. He arrived exactly at 8A.M. and took care of the problem in under an hour. He then gave me estimates on future jobs and encouraged me to call at any time. I will definitely call him again.

Not much to tell other than John shows up when he says he's going to show up, does the job well and quickly, and charges a fair price.

In general we are very happy with the work especially the first inspection that located the gas leak. Mr. Aldorasi was very busy and the second part of the job was delayed by a few days. When we were able to fit into his schedule the work was done quickly and well.

Mr. Aldorasi and his assistant removed our broken water heater and installed a new one. It went very well. We were unsure if it needed replacement or not, because it had a slow leak, so he came to look at it first. He assured us that it would last until the next morning, when he returned and replaced it. It took about 2 1/2 hours, and it cost $25 more than his original estimate, which was more than $300 less than the price another plumber quoted.

I have used J.C. before and he does a fantastic job. He also happens to be a really nice guy who is an excellent plumber. Problem is he is super busy and he doesn't always return phone calls promptly which can be quite frustrating. If you can get him on the phone and to commit to a time, then he's pretty good about showing up. If you can put up with this, then I highly recommend him. His prices are high, but not any more than some of the bigger companies.

I really wanted John to do the work and I was very flexible with my schedule. John said that he wanted only small jobs for side work. This was a small job.

John has always been extremely professional, helpful, and reliable.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Mr. Aldorasi. He knows his plumbing-stuff and is easy to work with. His prices seemed reasonable for a plumber. Keep in mind, though, that he is a one-person operation, so you wouldn't call on him if you had a really humongous plumbing construction-type job.

THE FOLLOW UP WAS NECESSARY DUE TO CONSTRAINTS IN MY SCHEDULE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION.

JOHN IS A MASTER PLUMBER AND HAS BEEN RUNNING HIS OWN COMPANY FOR 10 YEARS. I WAS REFERRED TO HIM BY AN ELECTRICIAN THAT I FOUND ON ANGIE'S LIST. JOHN WAS INCREDIBLE. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, SKILLED RESPONSIVE, CALM AND EVERYTHING YOU WOULD WANT IN A PLUMBER. HE CAME TO FIX A MAJOR SUMP PUMP PROBLEM IN MY BASEMENT AND THEN WOUND UP ALSO FIXING A LEAKING TOILET AND A BROKEN DE-HUMIDIFIER. I PRESENTED SOME CHALLENGING PROBLEMS FOR HIM TO SOLVE AND HIS SOLUTIONS WERE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. HE'S ALSO AS NICE AS COULD BE. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM FOR EVERY PLUMBING NEED I MIGHT HAVE.
