+ -1 moreThey were quite excellent. All of the things were excellent. I would give an A. They came when they said they would come. They were very clean and neat. They did excellent work. They were on a high end side. They cleaned up.

+ 1 moreThe crew was prompt each day, friendly and worked without blaring radios. Each person was meticulous in his work including using a large magnet to pick up old nails every night. Debris was taken away nightly. Also the weatherstripping around doors, rotted window sills needed replacing, as well as door jamb tweaking needed to be done with a solution to use a brass striping to align both dead bolt locks. They worked with evident pride in the solutions they came up with. The scheduling was efficient and on time, with Jason coming by after the work was done to check with us as to any punch list items. Would heartily recommend Gilman & Guidelli! Exterior house painter arranged by G &G is Jay Marchet, who will be reviewed separately. HIs crew was also excellent.
Description of Work: There was much deferred maintenance of the clapboards and boards. When some split clapboards were taken down, there was wet/moldy fiberglas insulation that had to be replaced. Almost 60% of the clapboards needed replacing, and in this case when the house was remodeled in the late nineteen nineties, the roof and the sidings should have been replaced at that time.
