I purchased the Big Deal for $299.00. Felipe contacted me that day and we set up a date and time for the painting. He took the time to make paint recommendations and discuss my issues. He arrived on time and he and his crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient and made sure they left the workspace spotless when they left. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them as well.

FTS Painting is top-notch! Professional, excellent service from beginning to end. From moving all our furniture, to the prep work of patching and sanding, to painting five rooms, which also have crown molding and baseboards, to putting everything back in place again, FTS takes pride in their work. We were out of town during the time that Felipe and his crew were here, and when we arrived home it was truly a pleasure to walk in and see what had been accomplished. We are extremely pleased with the quality and outcome of the work. Highly recommended!!

Great first meeting, quotation for the job was delivered fast. Work went very well, fast, efficient and ended up very nicely looking . Excellent workmanship. No problems.They came back several times to do touch ups after we made some smaller changes. Cleaned up after they were done.

Very pleased with my experience with FTS Painting. From the initial contact all the way through completion of the work Fillipe and his crew were professional,efficient,and skilled. They were on time, They worked quickly, and everything came out great. They even repaired several areas that I was not expecting to be done, and did not charge extra for it.. I recommend FTS, and I will be using them again in the future.

I bought the Big Deal in May and heard from Felipe within a day. I had to wait two months for the service, unfortunately, but there were no issues picking a date. The only minor complaint about communication was that I called about four days before the service to confirm and ask a question, and didn't receive a call that day or the next, so I called them again and this time got someone. Every other correspondence went smoothly. Two people showed up on the day of service right on time. They took their shoes off each time they came in which I thought was nice. They worked on a spare bedroom that we had removed wallpaper from years ago but never touched up or did anything to prep the room for painting. FTS applied mesh tape to larger cracks and smoothed out other areas so that all we have to do now is wait for everything to dry then sand it all in order to finally prime and paint the room. They had put plastic over the bed in the room (we had removed most everything else in the room) and they vacuumed up the dust and debris in the room when they were done. They even vacuumed the stairs and front hall for any little pieces that got tracked in the path to the room. They missed some spots and the porch had some minor debris so I had to sweep and use a damp paper towel in some spots to clean up what was left, but they got the majority of it. The only other complaint that day was that they had taken the shades down in both windows and didn't put them back when they were done. I don't know if they forgot, or intentionally left them down to let something dry, but they did not mention that to me. The two hours included set-up (minimal) and clean-up (about 15 minutes). Overall it went well, they were professional and did a nice job. I would use them again and even asked for a quote to paint the room they worked on.

We found Felipe via a family member who had just used his services. We got in touch with Felipe and shortly after he came to the house, walked around for measuring and to check the condition of the walls and surfaces to be painted. We told him what we wanted to do with the paint and he got back to us the next day with a quote. The pricing was fair for the amount of work and we moved forward. Felipe and his crew were able to start the job earlier than anticipated and they completed the job as promised (1 week). They showed up every day on time, kept the place clean during the day (even after some heavy sanding) and did an excellent job with the walls, wood trim and radiators. They even painted a few wooded windows in the living room. They did a really good job, specifically with the wood trim. The house has old wood trim and window frames and the new paint looks great. They did take extra time prepping the surfaces. Very pleased with the work!

Fantastic work...! Very neat and clean. Very quick and professional. Showed up right on time. We were actually a bit late in getting ready for them and they were very kind to give us a few more days to prepare...!

FTS did a very professional, competent job. They arrived on the days and times when expected and brought a full size crew to attack the job quickly. The entire staircase/ fire escape had to be scraped for rust and painted with two coats. Each stair had maybe 30-40 slats, making the job particularly tedious. Felipe and his workers approached the work with an appropriate level of detail. They were held up by bad weather for a few days in the middle of the job, but were back on as soon as the rain stopped and all things considered, finished in a timely manner. Aside from the job itself, Felipe was very professional and polite and was easy to deal with.

Great! They were awesome. Felipe and his crew were polite, careful, and very professional. They all removed their shoes and boots before coming into the house and protected the floors with cardboard and drop cloths. They painted, removed wallpaper, and fixed cracks. The rooms look great! We were away on vacation and left Felipe with a key to our new house and he made sure our windows were closed and doors locked every night. Very responsible. We will definitely use them again when we need to paint inside or out.
