Fix Boston Computers

I've now have had several projects I needed David's help on. His knowledge of computers is extremely impressive. I'm a professional in the computer/graphics industry and consider myself very knowledgable about how they work. Whenever I hit a wall I have been able to count on David to help me figure it out. His prices are more than fair and have found myself giving him a bit extra just out of appreciation (he WAY undercharges for his skill set!). In general his response time has been extremely fast. My only complaint is that I had to wait a few days to get help with one issue during the holidays. The nerve, right? He's honest, professional and a great communicator. Go for it!

Great experience from start to finish. David was easy to reach, responsive, and professional, and clearly has a lot of experience (and enjoys) working with computers. When the program he wanted to run on my old desktop computer resulted in errors, he was able to quickly troubleshoot the source of the problem (my computer was too old to run the most recent version of the program) and improvise a solution to work around my not having a spare CD to download an earlier version of the program to. He also graciously agreed to remove and recycle the old equipment for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David and Fix Boston Computers, and will definitely call him the next time I need trustworthy technical expertise in computers.

A few things I took from this experience was that the tech they sent was extremely punctual, and called to confirm appointment times. Also, the pick up and delivery of the equipment to my home was included in the price was very convenient. But what really made me write this review is the extra time he took explaining to me some free tools he thought could help my business as we had spoke about what I did for work. I'll be using these guys for any computer trouble I have in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
