.I was very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

The experience was good. They were good. They showed up promptly and they did a good job. The appliance is right. We rented one of our apartments and the client was happy. Everything was good. We spent $120 or something like that. They were good. The price was good as well. The quality of work was very good too. Their responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. Their professionalism was good. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Called them, described problem. Intelligent conversation "It's an old stove," he said, "Hard to get parts But worth looking at." He replaced one part, and it now works perfectly again. Entirely reasonable charge for the work time and the part. Came the same day I called.

Called them on a Wednesday, and had the problem fixed less than 24 hours later.

I have used them a couple of times. I spent $150 on their last visit. They respond very quickly. They do not try to talk me into anything. I thought I had a lot more work done but they did not try to up sell anything to me.

We have used Dell's for various repairs on our old washing machine and dryer. They have always been prompt in responding to our calls, and have provided excellent service. The repairmen are always willing to explain the repairs needed and offer advice on whether the repairs are cost effective.

Would go to again in a second and will recommend to any friends and neighbors.

It didn't go well at all. When the man came out to clean my dryer he told me I needed a water injector on my washing machine. He didn't have the part with him so he took a $40.00 deposit and said he would call when the part came in. Someone called on 2-24-2011 and said they would be out on 2-25-2011 in the AM. I said I had to work and said I could get out early at 3:30 and they said that was okay. Well, after 3 phone calls and a bunch of lies, they came out at 6:30 that evening. The man who came out was very nice and said the people at the office should have called me to say he was going to be late. It turned out that they were 3 hours late for something they said had to be done and I only called to have dryer cleaned.

It went fine all work performed very well.

Dell was very responsive. Called on Monday afternoon - said they could come Tuesday morning around 9:30. They knocked on the door at 9:45 - said they had problems parking (we live in the city, with lots of snow), but would continue looking for a space. Came and diagnosed the problem quickly. Was courteous, clean and knowledgeable. Very happy with service and with price tag - they were there for almost 2 hours fixing it.

Repairman came a day earlier than expected,(that made me happy) He knew what the problem was right away. Repaired and finished in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the service.

Washer was not draining. Repairman found the problem with pump. He also recommended changing the pump motor as it may completely fail after such problem. We agreed and got a new pump motor installed.

I called and the serviceman was on site within 24 hours. He was very professional and completed the work within 1/2 hour. A plus is that I was able to use an Angie's List coupon.

I got a call from my tenant that her basement clothes washer was only filling with water, would not advance to the washing stage and would not drain. I called Dell the next morning and they promised to send out a technician either that day or the next morning, and apologized, as they were fully booked that day. Despite that warning, a technician managed to get to us at the end of the day and got the problem solved within the hour. We were impressed by him, as he was both extremely professional and friendly. He not only found the "feet" that had fallen off the bottom of the washer and reattached them, he also leveled it properly (which I don't think the original installer had done). He also had some useful advice on how to extend the life of the washer and what to do about the rattling pipes that supply the water and drainage for the washer. Both the tenant and I were impressed by the quality of the service and the response time. I certainly can't complain about the cost!

They were outstanding and came on time! They knew just what to do. I also spoke with them about purchasing new appliances as well in the future. He was extremely helpful.

The service was very professional and he gave suggestions with some other problems that may occur. I liked the fact, like myself, he also went to cooking school so he appeared to know more then just the mechanics.

On the Friday evening leading into Memorial Day weekend, our front-loading Frigidaire Affinity washing machine suddenly refused to drain and spin, and made horrible noises in the process. We figured we were hosed, going into a long holiday weekend, what with an active family (including an infant of poopsplosional age). On Saturday morning, I phoned a few places. Dell's owner answered my call. He said that his sole service man was working until 1:00, but that he'd call if there were time to pay a visit. At 12:30, we received a phone call from the owner, confirming our location, and telling us that his service man would be here. Giorgio showed up within minutes. Giorgio was energetic, friendly, professional, confident, and informative. He explained the likely outcomes, and described how he'd go about his work. He took due care to protect our floor while pulling the washer out of its place, and while draining the machine. He disassembled the rear panel, found the bra wire that was lodged in the drain motor impeller, reassembled the rear panel, and tested the machine. Everything about his visit was marked by professionalism and good cheer. Dell warranties their work for 30 days.

Dishwasher was malfuctioning. Service person from Dell's showed up on time and diagnosed problem quickly. He put in a new dishwasher pump, which has since worked well. Service person was friendly, knowledgeable, very professional, and work was done in a timely manor and at reasonable cost. I would defintely continue to use Dell's appliance and recommend the comapany to friends.

The serviceman was very professional, and very good at his work. He had the part he needed in his cute red truck, and was able to complete the job in 15 minutes.

I called Dell's appliance on a Saturday and Ken was at my home on Monday at the time that we arranged to meet. He was very courteous and professional, he found the problem right away. The part was replaced, he had one in his truck, and the washer was up and running.

I spent around $200 on the job. I love them because I think they are great. They show up on time. They will tell you what is going on. They are affordable and reliable. I will use them again in the future.

Our not-new dishwasher was making a loud noise, and not cleaning well. The person who answered my phone call was professional and scheduled the appointment within my time constraints. Of course, when the technician showed up the dishwasher wasn't making the noise any more. He did an excellent job of taking care of anything that could be causing the problem, and repeatedly running the dishwasher to check on it. He worked fast! For that much work this price is a steal. Plus their work comes with a 30 day warrenty.

Good news:They were responsive to my call: I got a repairman to come the next day. Bad news: he was 1.5 hours beyond the two hour window time. They never called me to say they were running late. When I called the company, they said, "Try to hang in there. He will be there soon." He arrived 45 minutes later with a short apology. Good news: his work was thorough and professional. Bad news for me: he couldn't fix my washer because I needed a new motor. It wouldn't be worth the cost.

It was an interesting experience because we were having trouble with the temperature in the refrigerator. He came out and he looked at it. He ran some kind of test and he said that I would probably have to get a new refrigerator. Then all of a sudden he did something and the fan kicked on. He later said that it was the fan. He was sort of persistent and at one point of time he kind of gave up. Then he did something else and put the fan in which fixed the issue. He did his best to save us money. He cleaned up and he was personable. It was a very good experience and I would hire him again.
