A friend and professional design project manager referred us to Mike. He was excellent. We thought we were going to need stamped drawings for a major repair, but he inspected the area and provided a very thorough and common-sense explanation as to why he would not recommend it at that time. He responded to our inquiry quickly; made himself available for a visit within a week; and provided a write-up of his inspection shortly after his visit. The price he had quoted us for drawings (which we never needed) sounded very reasonable compared to others we had talked to. His consultation fee was on par with others in the industry. I would highly recommend him for his excellent communication skills, responsiveness, and his logical and reasonable approach to solving problems.
