 + -1 moreHe's never come. It was December 6th. He said he was doing a fire escape in Boston and when he was done he would come right over but I've never seen him or heard from him. I tried to call him but never got in touch him.
Description of Work: I asked them to do one railing at the back door.

 + -1 moreThe design followed our desired description and seems well crafted. Installation went as planned working around cold weather conditions. When one railing came loose it was reinstalled without complaint. The company has told us to call them anytime should we have any concerns.
Description of Work: Designed, produced, and installed two railings for our front door stairway.

 + -1 moreThe quality of both the materials and the installation was outstanding. The price was amazing. The bars match (actually they look better) than the existing bars on the building. The installer stood in the rain hanging his body weight on the bars to demonstrate to me that they were indeed very secure; he obviously took pride in his work. Due to the thickness of the walls, the installation of the latch was problematic, however it was done without complaint or additional cost. The end result was a very clean look on the inside; better than I had expected. The only complaint was the inside work created more debris and dust than I would have expected and I was left to clean it up. However, it had started to rain and the installer was obviously concerned with getting his power tools out of the rain for which I cannot blame him.
Description of Work: Added window security bars to a street-level floor of a brownstone. The bars on one window are on hinges with a latch that is operated from the inside of the building for emergency exit. Mike added ornamentation to the bars to match the existing bars on the next floor.

 + -1 moreTHE GRATES ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THEY WERE INSTALLED WITH A CUSTOM DESIGN THAT CREATIVE IRONWORKS ORDERED SPECIFICALLY FOR OUR PROJECT. THE INSTALLATION WAS PROMPT AND THE INSTALLER WAS VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT.
Description of Work: CREATIVE IRONWORKS ORDERED AND INSTALLED THREE IRON GRATES TO COVER THE BASEMENT WINDOWS. TWO OF THE GRATES ARE ON A HINGE WITH A LOCK SO THAT WE CAN OPEN THEM AND BRING THINGS IN AND OUT OF THE BASEMENT. THE OTHER WINDOW GRATE IS BOLTED ON ALL SIDES. THEY ARE ALL VERY STURDY AND PROVIDE PROTECTION TO OUR HOME.
