CLOSET SOLUTIONS

After reading all of the glowing reviews, I called to schedule a consultation. We needed a complete walk in closet built. I was able to get an appointment within a few days which was great. Steve came, was on time and was very nice. Up to that point, everything seemed good. Steve explained that they were busy and would have a quote/drawing to me within the next week or so. Unfortunately that was the extent of the communication. I even called the office to follow up, left a message, and never received a call back. I understand that things happen, but a call back would've been nice.

Closet Solutions is awesome, period. Heidi (the designer) took INCREDIBLE care in putting together a design that was just right for our space, our clothes, and our preferences. The price was reasonable, and better than other vendors (who didn’t spend 1/10 the time that Heidi did). And Heidi and Jackie (owner) tolerated a bombardment of questions from me as I made my final decision. I explored a handful of other vendors. Closet Solutions had the absolute best design and they were a pleasure to deal with. The back-end of the process was just as good. Installation occurred the day that it was scheduled. The two installers were highly skilled, very professional, and really nice guys. Last but not least,…the closet, its material, finishing, and installation were very high quality. I really love it. I have no criticisms, not even a minor one. I highly recommend this company.

I called 48 hours ago requesting a quote for work that I needed and never received a return call. The message did not state the company was closed for vacation, so I presume they are so busy with other contracts they cannot take on any more work. A call back would be the professional thing to do.

Our experience with Closet Solutions was terrific. They did not miss a single detail, from drafting/drawing a closet design with me present to organizing the shoe space based on the size and width of our feet. The designer we worked with also took into account details like our height and reach, so that we could maximize hanging space while still being able to reach our clothes. I have never worked with a company that delivered its solution so quickly and professionally for such a reasonable price.

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. THE FIRST TIME HE NEVER SHOWED UP. WE GAVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE AND AGAIN HE WAS LATE BY 45 MINUTES AND NEVER CALLED SO WE LEFT. WE TRIED ONE MORE TIME AND JUST TO BE SAFE, I CALLED THE SAME DAY TO CONFIRM THAT HE WOULD BE THERE. THE GUY TOLD ME ''HE DIDN'T FEEL LIKE DRIVING OUT THERE TODAY.'' TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

VERY HELPFUL AND INNOVATIVE WITH THE DESIGN FOR MAXIMUM USE OF SPACE. BECAUSE THEY CUSTOMIZE THE RODS AND SHELVES, RATHER THAN HAVE SET SIZES YOU MUST CHOOSE FROM, IT RESULTED IN A BETTER LAYOUT THAN THE OTHER COMPANY COULD PROVIDE. AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CUSTOM, IT COST LESS. THEY WERE ON-TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS, QUICK WITH THE DESIGN AND ON-TIME FOR THE INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLERS WERE FRIENDLY, NEAT AND VACUUMED AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
