Mark is such a pleasure to work with. I found him through Angies list - after an unfortunate experience with another plumber found on Angies list as well. He answered my call promptly, came to assess the work at no charge, and came to perform the job a few days later, as promised. He worked very professionally, installing a set of machines he had never installed before, and made a few installation choices that were smart to deal with the tight space we had. He tested every step of the way that his work was in line with installation instructions, and that it was safe. During the two hours he spent here, he was focused on his wortk, but at the same time was a very pleasant person to talk to. When all was done, he gave me a few tips on other issues I asked his opinion about. What a pleasant man, polite, interesting, and effective. His bill was as announced, his labor charge was not padded in any way, and his material cost was very low. I would encourage anyone in and around Boston to use Mark for their plumbing needs. I certainly have found my plumber, and will use him at all my properties.

We needed tile work redone in our bathtub area (done by Chris of CB Tile), and while the wall was open, we decided to replace the old bathtub fixtures with modern fixtures. Chris coordinated the job with his plumbing friend Mark Laverty of Celtic Plumbing to handle the plumbing portion of the work. Mark did an excellent job. The new fixtures are a lot easier to use (and look a lot better) than our prior 1940s era fixtures. He had originally quoted us $400 but only charged us $300 for labor when he realized that we bought our own fixtures. I would definitely use Mark again in the future, and go to him first for future plumbing needs. I put down N/A for responsiveness only because Chris coordinated the plumbing work with Mark, so I had no direct experience in that matter.

Mark was easy to reach by phone. He arrived on time. Very professional and pleasant. Explained the problem with the toilet and sink. Went to Home Depot to pick up parts. Installed parts and left no mess in bathroom. Would not hesitate to call Mark again for any plumbing problems. A+
