Roger was very responsive and started the job right away, which was a big bonus for me. Roger is very meticulous to make sure that the finish is perfect. He also follows up on any touch up required after the job is completed.

Roger is clearly experienced, knowledgeable, hardworking, and willing to go out of his way to make his customers happy. I found him to be honest and very personable. His crew was also skilled and a pleasure to be around. Roger was not an absent boss. He was right there working alongside his crew and overseeing all the details to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction. He did underestimate the time that the job would take, so when hiring him again, I would factor in that possibility. Overall, I was very pleased with both the quality and cost of the work that was done by Castano Painting.

Roger's good communication, attention to detail, and knowledge about old homes made him a great choice. It took him twice as long as he estimated (he said 3-4 days, but it took 6), but he is trustworthy, did a really nice job, and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. I also appreciated the ways that he went the extra mile for us.
