ALMEIDA CLEANING SVC

They team of four girls did a great job. They were on time and worked hard the entire two hours they were scheduled for. They attacked a list of to-dos in order of priority which I made and sent to them beforehand. They scrubbed every surface and were efficient in doing so. I would definitely hire them again.

They do a really nice job and are very reliable. They have been cleaning our home for over 10 years. If there is ever an issue or we make a suggestion they respond quickly and professionally to feedback.

Unfortunately it was a very and quot;surfaceand quot; job. They only cleaned things that they thought we would notice, and left other areas completely neglected. For example, they did not clean under/behind couches (left dirt, dust, etc.), only vacuumed one side of the couch cushions (the front), and left crumbs and whatnot under the overhang of cabinets on kitchen floor and in corners of bathroom. Essentially, it was a very quick and dirty job and while the price was good, the work was not (I guess you do get what you pay for). When I told her that we were not happy with the job and we could do a better one ourselves she simply said and quot;o.k.and quot; without ever asking what was wrong, how they could improve, etc. I guess we weren't worth it. I would pay more and go with a company who will really clean your house right.

I'll start by saying the end result was outstanding! Every nook and trinket was dusted, and all the floors were swept/vacuumed/mopped. My house smells great, and it feels great walking barefoot through the house! And I know from experience, my house is NOT an easy house to clean (it's an old home, with very high ceilings). The ladies were very courteous and professional. There was a little mix-up in the schedule initially, and they arrived an hour before expected, but it worked out fine in the end. And the cleaning special I purchased did say and quot;Includes all cleaning materials, but service provider will use member-provided products, if preferredand quot;. I guess my understanding, from this statement, was that all cleaning supplies would be provided, unless I preferred them to use something else, so I wasn't very prepared with cleaning sprays, furniture polish, etc. I did have some cleaners available for them to use, and went out to the store to purchase a few more. But like I said in the beginning, the outcome is that my house is VERY clean, and I am VERY pleased with the service that was provided by these sweet ladies.
