Excellent!! He came right out (on Saturday night!!) and assessed the issue. Thankfully, it wasn't a busted pipe, but a very slow draining issue that was backing up into the basement. He referred me to a person who handles this type of problem. I'm really impressed (and super thankful!!) with Southcoast Plumbing and I will definitely, absolutely use them again. Hopefully not on a Saturday night, tho!

Fast response from owner. Not an emergency but he made appointment for less than 24 hours. Dennis & his helper made quick diagnosis & made all repairs we needed fast & for a very reasonable price. If I have any future needs, this is our guy. Looks much simpler, cleaner & sturdier under sink now. He's an excellent plumber.

Fast (1 hr 45 minutes from first contact to completion). Sensible and clear communication, quick resolution heat is restored. Something to think about, re; condition of the boiler.

Great experience. Called in the morning and he was initially going to call back in the afternoon but he finished a job early and called back to come over. Had all the parts in his truck so he was able to do all the work right away

He is excellent. I couldn't ask for a better plumber. He was on time. He showed up and he did a great job. I was not disappointed in any way. I think he was reasonable.

This company was recommended by a co worker. I had just bought a 3 family home and was not familiar with the heating systems. I called Southcoast Plumbing. They took the time to start up and evaluate each heating system. One heating system had 2 zones and the valve to one zone was bad. They also found out that the thermostats on thet heating system were both wired to the wrong zones. They replaced the valve and rewired the thermostats. I have had other work done and I will write reviews for those. They are my fist phone call when I need Plumbing and Heating services.
