Ismail was knowledgeable about his product. He was patient and gave thorough answers about his product when we asked specific questions. He also sent us samples and links to several sites that substantiated the answers he gave us. He did not pressure us at all. He arrived on time, installed the product neatly and left our home neat and clean.When the job was completed, the price was precisely what he had quoted when he came to measure and recommend the best product a week or two before. We would hire him again. We recommend him without reservation.
