Jordans Plumbing and Heating

Jordan showed up on time and got right to it. He was very professional and fast also double checked his work. This tech is highly recommended and I have used other companies to install water heaters this one is top notch.

Jordan was very responsive and came out diagnosed the problem, presented me with options (had to do and should/nice to do) with prices and completed the work. Left the site cleaner than when he arrived. Would hire again without hesitation.

Courteous, professional. Replaced the leaking gas water heater in no time. Also replace the old gas flue pipe and elbows with new ones. Relit the pilot on the furnace, cleaned up the mess and removed the old water heater. Would hire “Jordan’s Plumbing and Heating” again.

This person gives the impression he knows his stuff (I wanted to hire him) but it took almost 2.5 months to get a quote, after 75 days he failed to tell me his estimates expired after 10 days??? and when I requested an updated estimate, I never heard from him again. I can't recommend or work with a person who does not stand by their estimate. He offered surprise clauses and delays before we even got started. Just bad.

Very professional, he did a great job. He came in, did his job, and cleaned up. I will definitely call him again for any further jobs needed. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family

Hot Water Heater

Jordan called promptly. He asked for pictures of the problem and gave me a quote for the replacement water heater, which I agreed. He arrived and within 2 hours had removed the old one and installed a new water heater and all piping to the oil burner. It works great. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing, heating and cooling needs.
