JLD contacted me promptly after I reached out for an estimate. We made an appointment for a Saturday morning and they never showed nor called. After an hour of waiting I called and left a msg and have not heard back. It's now been 4 business days... Of course, I hope nothing is wrong. Sadly, this kind of communication seems the norm for construction work suppliers of all types. Frustrating! Is business so great that prospective business can be ignored?

JLD Fence saw this client in February, however the client did not get in touch with us until May. There was also a time delay due to decision making regarding fence style and the contract was not signed until June. At that time, an install date was given. Another delay resulted from a change in the fence design made by the client. We at JLD Fence pride ourselves in quality work in a timely fashion. We work with closely with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
