After two years of appliance research and getting pricing form five other dealers, I gave them my list of appliances and model numbers. I told them that I had been shopping around but they did not seem concerned. They came back with a quote that beat the combined best price from the other five dealers. This included a few big players in the state. They were professional and easy to deal with and their delivery went without a hitch. Please note that they do not have their own service crew, but do make arrangements with a couple of service companies. The only product issue I had was when an igniter on my Bluestar range top failed. Within an hour after I called the dealer, I received a call from Bluestar's service manager who resolved the issue and had a pair (one replacement one spare) of igniter's out to me the next day. So even though they are an independent, they are able to get fast response from the mfg. Since our initial appliance purchase, we have purchased from them four times and they always come out of the gate with considerably lower pricing than I can find on-line and at other retailers. They do not have a high-gloss showroom or serve mints and cookies, but if you are looking for the best pricing, they are worth a try.

Was told cook top was available when purchased, when asked for delivery, was told it was not available and would not be for a month, forcing us to change to less desired cook top. Over 50% of items were delivered dented or otherwise damaged. IZ Schwartz supplied one part out of three that are damaged. Thermador blower was found to be in-operable once installed. IZ Schwartz provided little support (which I am required to go through them) for repairs. Thermador is the WORST!!! BSH repairman chain smoked while working on my blower. The blower fan was found to be dismounted within the housing. He made me wait outside with him while ordering the AVAILABLE parts. It's been over a month now, and the part are still not received by him.
