I hired Sander to replace the roof of an antique farmhouse that had 3 layers of shingles and some major rot. He came out to give a very fair estimate. I hired him to do the job, his crew arrived promptly and the job was complete in 4 days. I was very pleased with the work.

From the estimate to the finished work SOS was very professional. We were provided a contract w/ detailed steps of work from beginning to finish. Work began promptly, and given other estimates that then came back with "not able to get to you this year", we were extremely please to find SOS began as soon as we confirmed. Workers arrived early each day, worked through until dusk. Other workers with carpentry skills arrived to repair our small Juliet deck. We shared concerns which were addressed immediately and the deck work is done quite well and securely, correcting the original lack of support on one corner. Repaired/replaced a few boards that were damaged on other parts of house. House looks terrific. Preparation work for the painting was the most thorough we have experienced in our 30 years in this large home, making sure the job will endure longer. Clean up each day left property navigable, safe and no trash/tools. materials laying around. Fixtures like house #, windows. outdoor lighting. doorbells were all carefully covered and uncovered at end of job. We had 3 rainy days midstream. Work had to stop. As soon as the fourth day arrived workers returned to resume the job. Done in a very reasonable amount of time given the weather. Our neighbors all marveled at how the painting was being done, asked where we found SOS, likely will use this company. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Owner/manager, SANDER ALVES, was most responsive, answering all our questions, calls, concerns promptly, showing up to assure quality and complete the work. [Glad to answer questions]

Went well loved it

Price and workmanship for painting outstanding. Painters were thorough, careful and did a very good replacement of removed items and cleanup. Top of the line paint was used. Carpenter knowledgeable and work was excellent. Carpentry price was separate from painting and hourly rate was higher than other bidders but two came. I rate SOS highly but recommend read in detail the Agreement and any invoice to avoid misunderstanding.

The Service was good, the bathroom looks good. they are knowledgeable, they actually know what they are doing.
