I needed work done to repair sinking pavers caused by poor drainage. I was concerned that someone might take a bad fall. Rich was quick to respond to my request. He was flexible working between my schedule and some very bad weather days. Rich first assessed the problem, explained clearly how he would make the needed repairs, and he also worked to prevent any reoccurrence of the issue. He worked in a very timely manner and left the pavers looking as if there had been no work required at all. His rates are reasonable.

Rich was extremely responsive and professional. I cannot say enough great things about his work, attention to detail, and advise on both landscaping services and tile remodeling. I would definitely use him for additional work!

Rich did a great job removing the old ceramic tiles from my kitchen and bath floors. He was prompt and worked nonstop, except for a few ten-minute breathers. Rich is very kind and more than polite. I would have had him come back to install porcelain tile which is his forte but due to the construction and age of my home , I chose a different flooring. Rich is a perfectionist and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Rich was reliable, showing up when he said he would to quote and to perform the agreed upon work. He provided options when discussing the scope of repairs and didn’t push to go beyond what was needed.

Rich from RJ services did a spectacular job installing the tile of my second floor cape house shower stall and vanity! Rich was nothing but professional, timely with completing the job, and very clean. Along with his obvious skill and knowledge he is a very pleasant and sociable man. At all times he was polite and courteous, punctual and kept us informed of his progress. The end result of his labour is very impressive and just what we were hoping for I would highly recommend his services for your tiling needs and we will certainly be using RJ services in the future.

Rich did a fabulous job of replacing the tile in our kitchen and adjoining mudroom. He guided us through planning the pattern of the layout and was meticulous in his work. The entire job was completed in the predicted timeframe, and Rich was careful to move our appliances out of the way and then back into place. This is the second time we have used RJ Services for tile work, and we were just as pleased as before!

Rich was terrific! Everything that was promised was done beautifully. We are so pleased with our new patio, and would absolutely hire him again!

Rich was excellent to work with throughout the planning, product selection, and actual physical walk way & patio work this summer. He responded to texts in a timely way; he was patient while we narrowed in on our options; he provided photos of other work he has done; met with us F2F and made a couple field trips with us to the stone supplier; showed up when he said he would... and he is kind. We appreciated that the work area was very reasonably cleaned up at the end of each day. His sons worked with him and were awesome! The end product was a beautiful colored bluestone walkway & patio with a cobblestone border and a small stone sitting wall, capped with bluestone... Love it!

Very happy with our kitchen backsplash install! When I first inquired, Rich came out same day to check out the space and take measurements. He was timely, did great work, and I plan on hiring him to do some bathroom floor tile next!

Rich did a great job. Almost a year later and no problems - still looks great. He was here on time, worked efficiently and neatly, and got the job done. We will absolutely be calling him when we are ready to upgrade our fireplace.

We have hired Rich and his crew for three jobs over two years. Their work is thoughtful and clean, consistently exceeding our expectations. Communication is straight-forward and they set clear expectations for when the work would be completed. Rich was also helpful in providing recommendations for other contractors for work that was outside of their portfolio. Will definitely be calling them back next spring for our next masonry project.

Amazing! RJ Services designed a beautiful new look for our front entrance and yard! Rich offered wonderful options for the project, was so patient while I chose the materials for the walkway and sitting area, and found and installed the most beautiful trees and shrubs. I have received so many compliments on our redesigned curb appeal! Rich is wonderful to work with...knowledgeable, professional, timely and fun! We are looking forward to moving on to a redesign of our backyard with him. I can't recommend RJ Services enough!!!

We’ve used Rich for landscape design all around our property for almost 20 years. He always does great work.

We were very pleased with the outcome of the wall rebuild! Rich was able to keep all existing stone as this is an antique property (1864) and maintaining originality was extremely important to us. This was a very challenging job due to varying slope between the yard and the gradual ascent of the road and Rich mastered the outcome with perfect scale and size. This is a unique wall - wider and shorter than most but perfect for this property. There would be no better choice than Rich - thank you Rich and RJ Services for a job well done and many favorable comments!

Great. Better than expected. The ground was very hard but Rich and Tyler worked the earth until it was done right. Highest recommendation.
