RJ Services did a great job of removing my old backsplash and fireplace and creating new ones from tile and natural stone. They were always punctual, cleaned up after themselves and finished the jobs in a timely manner. They paid a lot of attention to detail making my backsplash and my fireplace both come out even better than what I envisioned. Rich helped me plan out both beforehand with ideas I wouldn’t have thought of myself. I highly recommend RJ Services for any tile or masonry jobs.

Rich at RJ services was great to work with. He showed up each time we booked, from coming out to giving us an estimate, to the start and end date of installation, and even some subsequent follow up. I have never worked with a contractor before who showed up every time he said he would! And the final price of the job was not a penny more than the price he quoted. The tile work is beautiful. He even did a custom "rug" of tile in our kitchen which came out even better than I expected. I couldn't be more pleased with his services, as well as the quality of his work. I would highly recommend and plan to use Rich again in the future, starting with replacing our current lawn care, as his company also does landscaping/lawncare.

Rich and his team are top notch. They perform our landscaping and lawn care. They are very meticulous, reliable, and responsive. We have used them for tiling work also and were extremely satisfied with the appearance. Their tiling work is outstanding with great attention to detail. They got it all done in one day. Cleaned up a lot of cement blocks and really did a great job for us. Also helped with the front of our lawn where a mess was made by previous work.

I can't speak highly enough of Rick and his crew! I had hired someone who botched the job and I had to fire half way through. He came in showed me how to remove the old tile to save some money and can in and was done in a day with the floor! It looks amazing. He then installed glass tile, accent tile and shelves in the bath tub walls. When he came back to grout he noticed the electrician I had hired cracked 2 of my brand new tiles!!!! Floor was only down for 3 days and already someone had cracked them! Rich replaced them for me for free!!! He stayed and helped me out because that is the kind of nice guy he is!! He saved my butt and project not once but twice!! It's hard to find honest hardworking caring people but if that's what your looking for you found him I can't speak highly enough of him and his assistant Craig!

My house has a sunroom that had an old carpet in poor condition, and I was interested in installing a wood-look tile floor. Rich promptly responded to my call, and his quote came in lower than the other installers I contacted. I was lucky enough to hit a gap in his schedule when I called to start the work, and he finished the full job in an amazing timeframe--demo on Friday afternoon, installation on Saturday, and grouting on Sunday morning. Rich didn't overcharge for simple demo tasks, coordinated with our tile retailer, worked quickly, and was a pleasure to deal with. The results are beautiful. I'd be happy to work with Rich on future projects!

Our 16 year old brick paver walkway was falling apart and overrun by weeds and moss. Old technology was used for construction. The bottom step of our brick front landing had also separated from the upper two steps. We consulted Rich for an evaluation. He advised ripping out the bottom step of the landing and bringing the walkway around in a slightly tighter path. He met us down at Landscape Depot Supply in Shrewsbury to chose the pavers. We found everyone to be very helpful there. Rich's team made quick work of dismantling the old walkway and was able to re-use the granite steps. They placed underground PVC pipe to help with drainage issues from the downspouts. He used a polymeric sand to set the pavers which means my days of pulling weeds out between the bricks are over! He came back three weeks later to install the landscaping, removing a failed prior landscape design first. Laid down some sod and applied bark mulch. Everything looks beautiful. He has a keen eye for design and is able to translate that into his work. He has a pleasant personality and is very approachable. His team is respectful of personal property and picks up after themselves.

The team was excellent! Rich offered suggestions for the project and alternatives we would not have thought of. It is this kind of personalization that is so needed in a landscaping job. He could envision and anticipate what would not only look beautiful but also what would work functionally as well. They worked and delivered great results at a reasonable rate and on time.

Everything looks great after the clean up, our grounds and landscaping at the stations gets pretty beat up after the winter plowing. You would never know after the RJ Services is finished - it looks very neat, clean and professionally manicured. Cost varies from year to year depending on the amount of snow and plowing damage we have. That said the price is always very reasonable for the excellent quality of the work.

RJ Services is an excellent full service landscaping company. I initially hired RJ Services to do a spring clean up last year. They did a great job and made sure to share progress throughout the day. I really appreciated that because I was able to give input without being home. After having such a great experience, I hired RJ to do weekly mowing, and was very happy with the results. They performed a fall clean up and I hired them this winter to do plowing.

We loved working with Rich. He was easy to get it touch with, very professional, so helpful when planning our design, and a pleasure to talk to. Our backsplash looks so beautiful and was done very quickly. We would absolutely higher him again for future projects.

Rich and his team did a great job as usual. I have used him on over a dozen projects and each is done onetime, and does more than what was quoted. The size and type of plant material used is a higher quality than I see in other jobs done for friends. He continues to exceed expectations and will use him again this Spring.
