+ -1 moreHorrible. Disappeared multiple times for weeks on end during a large renovation project. Unreliable, unresponsive for weeks on end, and never completed the job or permit. We now have to hire someone else to fix Marcelo’s work, complete the job, and file/close the permit. Terrible experience.

+ -1 moreReceived a favorable recommendation from a neighbor. Marcelo was quick to respond. Called an a Sunday afternoon and he was onsite at 6:58 am on Monday. He was prompt, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue quickly and had the A/C up and running within the hour. Needed to replace the Capacitor. Price was reasonable.
