Monroe Comfort Air

Gave great advice on reason for my hot water pipes banging. Turns out it was't air in the system, but the copper pipes were rubbing against the wood structure of the house. Getting it fixed now.

Charlie was extremely thorough in fixing the problem with my furnace. Stuck with the problem until he found the root cause and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Arrived on time. Finished on time. Very friendly and professional.

I can not say enough good things about Charlie Monroe. I had been without heat for 24 hours on the coldest night of the winter. Woke to 49 degrees. Called Home Depot service, got a company who sent a guy who after 15 minutes told me I needed a new system. Went to HomeAdvisor by accident and got sent Charlie. Called late in the evening, had me text some pictures, drove to my house and fixed my heat in no time and SAVED me thousands of dollar. Kind, caring, knowledgeable, experienced, they don't make guys like this anymore. Would recommend Monroe Comfort Air in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

Charley actually was calling me before I was off the HomeAdvisor web site. He was able to come in the early afternoon that same day. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. The project (furnace replacement) was completed within 2 days of my signing onto HomeAdvisor.com. In fact, the furnace arrived the next day and Charlie and his colleague the day after that. They finished the installation within 5 hours and left the furnace room immaculate! Excellent work for a competitive price, within a speedy time frame.

During a heat wave, our A/C failed. Charlie responded quickly, answering my many questions, explaining possible scenarios, and ultimately fixing the problem just hours after I initially made contact. Very professional. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely call Charlie for our future A/C needs and will recommend him to neighbors, friends and family.

I would recommend this to anyone needing service

Charlie had me check a few simple things first (filter, circuit breaker), came out very quickly, diagnosed, very quickly, replaced necessary part, (had it in his vehicle) very quickly and had me up and running again, very quickly. Thankfully the dreaded "condenser" failure was avoided. Gave me instructions on "what to do and what not to do" with the a/c equipment. All in all a good experience, especially since I was dying from the heat wave.

Rapid response to a service problem, which at first seemed simple but turned into a multi-step fix. He(Charlie) had all the parts with him and was able to resolve the call in one visit. I would definitely purchase products or services again from this company.
