Charlie had installed a new high efficiency heating system for me in 2011 at the recommendation of one of my neighbors. Ii was happy with the service and the price. He even gave me the rebate info for my taxes which saved me $1,100 at the time. I had a flood last week in my basement and didn't hesitate to call Charlie again as I needed a new heating system and AC compressor. His prices cannot be beat!!! Charlie Atchue exudes customer service. He answers the phone! He is quick to respond; his rates are extremely reasonable; he leaves your home in a neat and tidy manner; he does not consider the job finished until the customer is satisfied with the service provided. The service, by the way, is exceptional. He goes above and beyond and does not nickel and dime you to death. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

The service was prompt and very professional. Charlie at Monroe is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and was willing to explain the problem in a manner which I could understand. He diagnosed the problem and offered sound solutions. We decided to replace the inside coil system and now I have a brand new A/C system that doesn't leak etc. Thank you Charlie .

Charlie at Monroe is an experienced and knowledgeable Contractor. He actually answers his phone and, in my case, responded within an hour to my Home. He replaced my entire central A/C and Heating system and it now finally operates properly for the 1st time in 15 years. He actually measured the air flow thru each vent with meters and balanced my system. I have had many different contractors work on my, undersized builders, A/C system and not one, before Charlie, has ever gone up on a ladder and tested the air flow of each and every vent to balance the system ! I would highly recommend Charlie at Monroe for your HVAC needs !! I only wish he had more services I could use him for !

I was 45 minutes late and didn't have Charlie's number. When I got home, I called him. He turned around immediately. Service my systems and drive to my daughters and serviced hers. Great job! Was incredibly gracious.
