Being a single woman, contractors try to take advantage of me all the time, like the other people I got to quote this job. That really annoys me, to say the least. Monroe Comfort Air listened, quoted me on only what I needed, unobtrusively installed everything, cleaned up better than I do, charged a fair price, and made sure I had all the info to follow up in the summer. Charlie is a wealth of knowledge, and I highly recommend this company.

I hired Monroe Comfort Air to replace an aging furnace and add central air. Charlie explained everything and it all went off like clockwork. In just two days the old one was out and all the new equipment in and cleaned up. I would recommend Monroe to any of my friends.

Charlie responded to my inquiry while he was on vacation. Installed a condenser, new duct and air return in attic in the middle of a heat wave. Professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Hard worker and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend this company.

Came out on a Sunday afternoon to assess my problem. Told me that the furnace was 31 years old and not worth repairing. Needed a new one. He was right.... Everyone else just repaired it because it was so difficult to remove because of its location. Worked around my schedule. A real pro.

Called and spoke directly to owner who told me to wait until September for my maintenance on the boiler. He explained the best time to service it was in the Fall. He would put me on the schedule then. I was very impressed with Charlie and his effort to save me money. Look forward to having him maintain my boiler and gave his tel. no. to a friend already. He is a reputable and local businessman.

My hot water heater failed and we found out at about 2 am. The unit was replaced and up and running by 2 pm that afternoon. I highly recommend the service and quality. Fantastic job all around.

Our boiler died on the coldest day of the season so far. I called Monroe Comfort Air, Inc. and Charlie came and visited our home in the evening and we decided to go with him. This was the best decision we made. He got the boiler shipped next day and stayed late in the evening to get all the prep work done for getting boiler fixed next day. Even though next day was Saturday and snowing, he showed up on time and got the new boiler running by end of the day. Charlie went extra steps to make sure we do not suffer in cold for long time. He shared many tips while fixing the boiler and did a through job.Talking to my other colleagues Charlie got the things done at reasonable cost. He did not take advantage of our situation. This company booked to fix my problem within minutes of my call and was there in an hour. Diagnosed my problem he had me pick up the parts while he got his tools returned within the hour and fixed the problem which was more difficult than originally expected. Was friendly and knew his stuff. Will call him for needed replacement when summer comes.

Excellent workmanship I would use Munroe air again

Marcelo was the first contractor to respond and was able almost immediately to perform the replacement of the thermostat. Totally professional, neat, more that willing to answer questions when I asked. Two days later one of the other 3 suggested contractors emailed me with an answer to me request. I said it was already taken care of. Monroe was thoroughly professional!
