Hugh was responsive to my request and arrived as scheduled. He was so thorough that he actually found another small electrical issue that was somehow related and included it in the repairs. He didn't have some of the needed parts with him but went out of his way to go to Home Depot to get them so that he could finish the job today. He was friendly, engaging, and took time to explain what he was doing. I would definitely hire him back for any electrical work.

I would highly recommend Hugh. He came at his appointed time gave me a very reasonable estimate and promptly replaced 3 ceiling fixtures the same day. I had a fire alarm that needed replaced and he did that for me at no charge. Thank you Hugh for the professional job.

Great! For the estimate appointment Mr. McParland called before he was going to be slightly delayed which I found very courteous. While going through the the job that I wanted completed, he suggested things (and why) that I wouldn't have thought of. When he came to do the work, he made sure to double check the way we wanted the box to be hooked up. The amount he quoted was the the final amount charged. He showed up when he was scheduled, he had all the correct pieces, parts and tools and went right to work. He doubled checked that everything was working properly when the work was completed. Both he and his son were very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

Hugh was excellent. He suggested a remote for my bedroom dimmer that I didn't know existed, and it is exactly what I wanted. He was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. He called me back the same day I called him, came the next day for an estimate, and the day after that the work was done. I'm very happy with Hugh and the work he did and will call him again for my electric work.

We hired them to do the sealcoating of our driveway and found that he did other work as well. We ended up hiring him to repair all inspection items from our home sale.

Hugh did an amazing job. In the middle of a heat wave he removed ancient knob and tube wiring from my just-purchased home's very hot attic so there would be no issue with the insurance inspection which was happening imminently. He was polite and thorough and worked flexibly with me to decide how far to go in the remediation. His price was very reasonable. A few weeks later, due to a serious of communication failures my pool service team did a conversion to salt water but never wired up the power for the salt-water-to-chlorine system. Desperate I reached out to see if Hugh could help me out of the mess. He again dutifully, helpfully and professionally got me out of a bad situation with the converter power wiring, and helped my now green pool get back on the mend. I cannot recommend Hugh highly enough!
