We secured the services of Fox gutter after we become disappointed and frustrated with a prior company. Secured the services of Reggie and Fox gutter through Angie?s List and this was the best thing we did to complete this project. Reggie was very responsive and came down and gave me an estimate the same day I made my initial call for the estimate. Reggie is very knowledgeable and friendly and was a pleasure to do business with. His quote was fair and one of the most impressive things was that he suggested an ?egg shell? color for the gutters to match my trim and it looks awesome! After I accepted his quote, we made an appointment for the following week to replace the gutters and downspouts installed for the entire house. The two technicians that did the work were at my house as scheduled and did great work. They were quiet, did excellent work and cleaned up any debris and the house with the new gutters look and work great. I highly recommend Reggie and his crew for great work at a fair price. Larry

Fine no issues easy to schedule

Reggie and his crew provided an exceptional service at an exceptional price! Starting with Aleni in the office everything went very smooth from the estimate to the work date to the actual work completed. We had Reggie come out to do a seasonal cleanup of our rain gutter system. He was very meticulous in the cleaning of the gutters and noticed that there were seams and areas of the system that needed some attention. We had him do a tune up of the system and were pleasantly surprised with the work that was done! He went through and ensured that all the seams were sealed and replaced any and all parts of the system that needed a tune up or replacement. He riveted all of the connector points to ensure proper connectivity and drainage, he replaced all of the fasteners that were loose and replaced all of the gutter clips to the siding of the house. He took the next step and went above and beyond and replaced the actual gutter spouts and connectors that were getting to the end of their functionality and didn't charge me extra for the parts. Very professional!! Also, there were no remnants of leafs or screws after the work was completed. They did an awesome cleanup job and it was if they were never in my yard! EXCEPTIONAL!! I highly recommend and endorse Fox Gutter's and am pleased to give them an A++ rating with the detailed to attention work they completed at my home. Thank you!

They were prompt, provided an estimate on the spot and where able to complete the work within a week. The job went really well and they left the property clean. The gutter looks great. The neighborhood squirrel community won't have my attic to hang out in this winter.

Reggie was professional during the estimate appointment, listened to what we wanted done and provided a written estimate that was reasonable for the job (not the cheapest). After completing our estimate-gathering, we decided to go with Reggie at Fox Gutter Cleaning due to his professionalism. He was able to schedule the work to start within a few business days. Although discussed as a 1-day project, one of the downspouts was not installed the first day, so they came back to finish the next morning, which was not a problem for us. When we came home in the evening of the first day, we also noticed that some of the downspouts were not placed as we originally requested. (We take some responsibility for this miscommunication, as we should have confirmed that Reggie understood and/or remembered what we wanted done, since the estimate was obtained weeks prior.) After an evening call to Reggie to let him know about the issues, we planned to discuss in person the next morning, when he came back to install the last downspout. We met the next morning, he explained why they did what they did, he again listened to what we wanted and he made everything right. We are very pleased with the results, and we greatly appreciated Reggie' s understanding when we realized there was some miscommunication about the work to be done. I would recommend Reggie and Fox Gutter Cleaning to others.

I called Fox Gutter Cleaning and scheduled an appointment for later in the week. The person on the phone was nice and able to give me a quote on the spot (I think she looked the house up on Google Earth or something as I didn't have to tell her the square footage, etc.). I was given a window of "8am to 12pm" but when they didn't show by 12pm I called and left a message. Did not hear back but they did show up a couple hours later and began their work. I am very pleased with how thorough they cleaned the gutters, and how careful they were to clean up all the debris off my back patio. I was very impressed and will hire them again next time I need the gutters cleaned. Only negative was the punctuality but I am willing to overlook it because of how good the service was.

I first spent three weeks calling various handymen, contractors, and gutter installation companies to see if they were able to do the job. Absolutely NO luck. I checked on Angie's List and Wow! There was actually a company who specialized in exactly what I needed done! The two man crew arrived within the window of time I was told (a Saturday between Noon and five pm). They were very efficient, clean, and polite. I showed them the two gutters and they got to work. I would never have had the confidence to climb up the 2 and 1/2 stories to the roof! They first cleared out the large blockages of 'turf' from the gutters and then went to work on the totally blocked downspout after notifying me of this issue. All the growth and muddy collection in the gutters was cleaned up from the ground. You would have never known they were there! I didn't think that gutters that high up would need to be cleaned, I've lived in this house for 14 years. I will not wait that long to have them checked again and cleaned out. I would definitely call them again!! I was very pleased with their fantastic service and coming on a Saturday was an added bonus. Thank you to Fox Gutter Cleaning!

Everything went great. No complaints at all

Reggie from Fox Gutter cleaning came with one other person. They cleaned the gutters from my 3250 sq ft home in under an hour. They cleaned up any debris that was blown out of the gutters, as well. They arrived when they said they would and worked without any oversight on my part. I would highly recommend Fox Gutter Cleaning if you need your gutters cleaned.

Professional, prompt, friendly, quick service, and cleaned up and took old gutters away with them

This is the first time we have used Fox Gutter Cleaning, in fact the first time we have used a professional gutter cleaning company. Our landscaper had done it at irregular intervals in the past. Reggie and his crew were punctional, efficient, and very personable. They did a great job of cleaning totally clogged gutters full of leaves and some roof shingle debris from a roofing job we had done in the fall, and reset some downspouts that were connected wrong. We plan to have them back on a twice a year schedule as we are in a lot with a lot of trees. The first time was more expensive -- the twice a year plan is less.

Very good company to work with. Phone was answered after initial call, correspondence was timely as was the initial visit for an estimate. Primary person was knowledgeable about the work to advise a repair plan I agreed with, and all documents were done via e-mail with no problems. They showed up on the day promised to do all the work, everything looked good during the final inspection, and they cleaned up any debris on the house or grounds when they finished.

I called fox gutter cleaning for an estimate in a 3 store building with in 3 hrs i got the proposal in my hands an it was a fair price according to local marketing and the job was done w in one labor day...no damage to my lawn or any scratch marks to the wall left on the property nor debris or trash also. very professionals and reliable and easy to work with.I really recommend.

The gutters installed look great. The guys were quick to install. The overall experience was good but there were 2 challenges. 1. These guys did not show up on the day they had scheduled the service and did not notify me. When I called to ask they explained that it is because of the expected rain or bad weather. While I understand their reason to re-schedule, I expected a follow-up. Then the next day again they did not show up on the promised time and when I called, they said they on their way and still estimated a wrong time for arrival. The challenge I had was that I lost a vacation day because of this lack of communication. I strongly advise that they should communicate better for re-scheduling or being late. 2. Their price was fair but they had originally quoted the estimate based on 1 day + few hrs next day worth of work. But since they missed the 2nd day, they finished the job within 6 hrs or so. I still paid the full price. Not sure if the price should have been reduced given that it took much less time than what the original quote was based on. I must mention the really good things about their service too. They were fast, professional. The guy sent me a pic via text as soon as they installed. So, overall for what I needed, I think the gutters look great. I am yet to see the functioning capability when the snow arrives.

The gutter installer were very quiet, professional , pleasant . They got busy doing the work as soon as they arrived and did not stop until they were through. We were very pleased with our new gutters. Thanks for a very professional job and for your very excellent workers. I am a satisfied customer. Hiring Fox Gutters to replace our roof was a huge mistake and disappointment. It ended up costing us twice the amount and suffering through water damage. Following their work reroofing our house, we immediately had rain water coming into the eaves, dripping down through the soffit vents and behind the gutters all along the roof edge, and causing water damage to interior walls and ceilings. We were quoted and charged by Fox for several items that were not installed during the roofing project, including a ridge vent (required by state building codes and the guarantee of the shingle manufacturer), drip edges, and ice-water shield along the leading edges. Even the capping shingles they installed were the wrong color; presumably left over from another project instead of the shingles we paid for. Crawling into the attic, I could see daylight all along the top of the fascia boards! Naturally, they did not stand by their guarantee of materials and labor as repeated phone calls to Fox went unanswered. We eventually hired another roofing contractor to fix the problems, including taking up the shingles to install the ice-water shield, adding the drip edges, installing a ridge vent, correcting the capping shingles, and properly having the shingles extend over the leading edges. Do not make the same mistake we did hiring Fox Gutters for your roofing project.
