Fox Gutter Cleaning

Very well. Good communication to get an appointment and they were on time.

Fox Gutters was great. They came out promptly, spoke with me, took measurements, and gave me a reasonable estimate on the spot. Then they came and completed the work a day early. Work was done well with attention to detail. I was particularly impressed to see that they took the time to screw all the connections together; gutters always seem to fall apart when they aren't screwed properly and it's super annoying constantly putting the downspouts back on - won't be a problem with Fox!

They returned my call immediately, and came to do the work within a day. They recommended adding some short pieces of gutter and another downspout; this improved the drainage off our roof.

Fox did an excellent job. They were on time and the work was well done. They even cleaned up all the dibre and left my yard looking the same as when they arrived.

The job was done quickly and professionally. We had one miscommunication about scheduling which day the work would happen, but that was quickly sorted out and they made up for lost time. The site was left clean of any debris and the product looks good and performs well.

I had the company come out for a free estimate to repair only, I like their manager, Reggie so much that I also use them to install new gutters and they even cleaned out the old one that weren't in need of repair for free while they were up on their ladders. As a local realtor, I'm going to recommend them to my clients and put them on my preferred vendor lists.

A Fox representative arrived on time the next morning to evaluate the job. A reasonable and accurate quote was provided. The work was done later that day. The Fox crew was highly professional and efficient. They did an excellent installation job and cleaned the site thoroughly. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Fox without reservation.

Everything went very well. They were fast and thorough. The rinsed out the downspouts.

They arrived as scheduled on a very cold morning (freezing temperatures). They were professional went right to work. Did work on time. cleaned after doing the work. Their price is competitive. They even went above and beyond and shoveled my walkway which had 8 inches of snow. You can bet that. I am satisfied with the work.

Reggie, from Fox, responded quickly, gave us a quote, and explained the work that needed to be done. He completed the job in a half day, texted me photos of the job when he finished as I couldn't be home, and did a beautiful job. You're in good hands here.

I called early October to set up an appt. for late November. The Saturday following Thanksgiving was set for the cleaning. No one came. It was not raining. I called the following Monday, left a messge about the no show. No one returned my call. On Wednesday I called again and got a recording but there was no way to leave a message. It took two more calls that day before someone picked up my call. The woman was very pleasant, apologetic and explained how behind they were. She scheduled for Friday, December 2nd. No one showed or called. However, late Saturday morning, December 3rd, someone came, put up his ladder, climbed up to the gutter/ roof line edge and began to clear the gutters using a leaf blower. I noticed the man was sitting on the edge of the roof and also on my sky light. After 15 minutes he and his ladder were gone and never returned. There has been no contact from this company since. I'm done!

Working with Fox was a great experience. Everyone from the person who answered the phone in the back office, to the person coordinating the project, to the installers...all were very pleasant and flexible. The project coordinator was knowledgable and honest. I'm very happy with the finished product and the cost was reasonable.

Had the front and rear gutters and downspouts on my house replaced. I approved the work on Monday and it was done on Tuesday. The new gutters look great and the premises were left tidy.

My husband and I just moved into a new home. The gutters were a hideous color, falling apart and sprouting baby trees....ew. We called Fox Gutters and Aline was very attentive, thorough, knowledgable and helpful. They helped us match the gutter color to the color of our home and got the work done so quickly! Service was great. I had to contact them separately, after I prepaid through Angies list. IT seems that the commnunication between Angies list -> provider and client could be better. But, the actual service was great, I would recomend them.

They were very responsive, from stopping by for a quote, to keeping on schedule and doing terrific work. We initially thought we would need all our gutters replaced and Reggie (the person we worked with mostly) recommended we simply replace the front lower gutter and that he could clean and reseal all the other gutters - which was a lot less expensive. The arrived on time for the scheduled day to do the work and took about 1/2 day - as they indicated it would. One of our downspouts was a bit tricky (due to curve and location on house). After they completed their work and after the first rain (two days later), I noticed this particular downspout needed a little more attention. They came immediately to take care of this. Reggie did talk with me about gutter covers - not a hard sell, but more informational, especially as we have a number of trees in and around our yard. However, he also provided the option of simply having our gutters cleaned once a year at about $120. We opted NOT to get the covers and will go with the annual cleaning. Again thrilled to have all the options presented. Overall I would rate Fox Gutter Cleaning with a A!

The crew was so professional and polite. From the first initial estimate to the final date of service, Fox Gutter Cleaning was through and responsive. When I first contacted Fox Gutter Cleaning, they responded right back. We set a date and the project was finished promptly. I am so impressed, I will definitely recommend them.

The guys who came were not speaking English so it was hard to communicate and get anything done so I just left them what they were doing and then paid them...but it was getting hard to communicate with them. The reason on the punctuality I am giving C is because they asked me to...I booked the appointment like a week back and they didn't show up on that day and they didn't even tell me that they won't be coming. When they didn't show up at the time allotted, I gave them a call-back and they told me that it took time in the previous houses and they are done for the day and then I have to again book the appointment for the next day. They showed up the next day. Cost-wise they were effective other than hiring an expensive one. It depends, if someone else would be giving me the service at the same cost then I would go with someone else but if this is the cheapest one then probably I will stay with them.

They were in and out of here and cleaned up all their mess. You didn't even know they were here.
