Great company

Home Advisor recommended three tree services for the job I needed done. After estimates from all three, I chose B&R Tree Service. As soon as my decision was made, they were able to schedule me that week to remove three trees and prune 3 others all of which were considered a safety concern in my back yard. When I arrived home to see the work, it was just as I wanted. I will definitely consider hiring them in the future for any tree service I may need and so far I have recommended them to 2 other people who suggested they need tree work done.

Eddy and his crew arrived on site right on time. They quickly went to work and removed four trees from my front and back yard. Took extra care not to damage my fence with large branches, Mulched the stumps. cleaned the wood chips and raked the area. Completed job before lunch. Excellent job.

Before start of the project communication and actual work was great. One of their trucks damaged neighbors mail box. They never did anything to either compensate or even call the neighbor. Our repeated attempts to contact them were not answered at all. Just really disappointed and would not hire or recommend them.

Cannot say enough good things about B&R Tree Services in Charlton. We had several trees taken down and one very large one trimmed back yesterday on our back hill which is very close to the house. B&R did a fantastic job. They were pleasant, professional and skillful. They left the yard freshly raked and it looks so nice. Thanks so much!

Great job by Bernie and crew at great price. Bernie pruned my hanging cherry just in time for spring and it is a beauty now. He truly loves his work.

They gave me a break on my service and that made me very happy as I know how expensive tree service can be. I am a home owner and live alone so any chance I can get to help me cut costs means a lot to me. I would recommend this company. On time, good communicators, and good job done.

Needed a few oak tree limbs trimmed down. The owner did the estimate, the following week on a scheduled day and time the crew came in, did a good job and cleaned everything. The price was reasonable

B&R contacted me shortly after I put in my request. They were professional, courteous, and performed the work quickly and with great quality. The price was very reasonable as well. They were everything I was looking for in a tree service.

We had 3 pine trees ( 36", 32", 28" round) removed as well as 2 other trees. Due to the location (in our backyard, sloped hill and power lines in the driveway) they were not able to get the bucket truck back there to remove the trees. It is a difficult location that I honestly didn't think they would be able to get to. I swear these trees were between 80-100 feet high. This was a difficult job and even more difficult trying to remove the logs. They had a climber limb it and they physically had to carry the huge limbs to the shredder. The logs had to be cut up and pulled up the sloped embankment in order to get them to the log truck This job took a day and a half to complete. There is some minor damage to our chain link fence that they are repairing. I am blown away at the quality of work and clean up. The owner of the company was in constant contact with workers and answered my call promptly when I had questions. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

I needed a large elm pruned and two maples trimmed back away from the house. They responded promptly to my inquiry. The crew showed up on time. Very knowledgeable, experienced and careful. Did a great job and cleaned up completely. Very happy with them and would hire them again.

I had a huge tree close to the house not accessible by a bucket. The tree was removed and my house is now safe from unexpected tree events.

I highly recommend BR tree service. From my initial call through the audit and quote process and phone communications with the office this was a seamless transaction. Bernie Gauthier came out to assess the job and a quote was in hand within 24 hours. We had to cancel the first date due to weather, however the team was here at 9a sharp this morning to do the job. Time to complete, 0 property damage and excellent cleanup were as promised. I would not hesitate to use them again.
