 + -1 moreJoe and Dave were fantastic. I built a brand new house in Sterling and was referred to them by one of my new neighbors. They were punctual and provided fantastic service. They also went out of their way to walk me through what they were doing, choosing and why. I had many other quotes come in and they didn't compare to the value for dollar Joe and Dave provided. I did my homework before sending out request for quotes, so I knew a ballpark with what equipment was needed and where the prices should fall. Joe and Dave were pretty much on point and didn't "over spec" the house just to make a buck. On top of that, I enjoyed them on a personal level, very easy to work with which added to the experience. You can go wrong with them
Description of Work: Brand new home, 3400 sqft not including walk up attic and basement .They provided a 2 system, 4 zone, Heat Pump and A/C system with high efficiency propane secondary heat. System 1 = basement, first floor, System 2 = master bedroom/bath, rest of second floor/attic (future)
