 + -1 moreI called on a Monday for service, as a new customer. Guy asked if it could wait a few days he was short staffed. I said sure and scheduled for Wednesday. He said he would call with a window. I never got a call so I called on Wednesday morning to find out the window. I got a call back at 9:16 am telling me he wasn't going to make it, even though I took the day off. Very unprofessional and nothing but excuses, telling me he never should have taken the job. I would have called other plumbers if he couldn't commit to it. I will never use them now!!

Description of Work: An honest and hard working guy. Services are not inexpensive, but he came out to assess a shower fixture problem and tried to help me solve it without spending thousands for tearing down the walls and marble. The service call was about $200 for a quick visit, but I appreciated his promptness and professionalism.

 + -1 moreHe did a good job but it took him awhile to get the toilet. He came the day he was supposed but he was $100 off the estimate as it actually turned out to be a little higher than expected. The work was, however, done as promised and he did a great job on it.
