+ 1 morehe was extremely pleasant and got right to work. No overlong breaks- in fact I don't think he even took one. Did a wonderful job. Hire these people. The estimate was spot on. These people are worth their weight in gold.
Description of Work: I had my upstairs bathroom floor retiled, and he also fixed a few tiles that were cracked. He did a marvelous job matching the grout that was on the walls while fixing the broken tile. The floor looks like a million bucks! I would absolutely use them again if I needed another tile job completed.

+ 1 moreI tried several times to get them to come out and do some work. So, appointments were made, but they used to call back and say that they couldn’t make it. At this point, I am not planning to do what I have planned to do. I will probably do it in the spring. It’s a repair job rather than an installation job. The guy does incredibly good work. He has done work for me several times and he is very good, but he was incredibly busy at the time I called him. So, it wasn’t a negative thing. He used to always call and say that he couldn’t make it which was good. He indicated that he could not make it for the appointment. I spent about $2500 for the work that was done about five years ago and the job went very well. He was timely and explained what he was going to do. There was a problem but not with his work. So, there was nothing wrong with the work that he originally did. It was a problem with the substrate of the floor he was working on and he was able to do a repair.
Description of Work: I used the services of All Around Tile about five to seven years ago. The guy did a bathroom including a tile floor and a tile surround for the bathtub. He did some repair work on my tile floors.

+ 0 moreWe purchased our own tile and needed an installer who would fit with our construction timeline. Ricci was very flexible and easy to work with and finished the job promptly. He also gave good advice about what we needed given we had a new home that hadn't finished settling. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend him highly.
