+ -1 moreWe have used Mand M several times, and have always been pleased. When our previous dishwasher died, and he confirmed the passing, he recommended what we replace it with. Of course, we got a fancier one. He came to deal with an odd sound in it, and was amused first by our choice, and then by the fact that the sound was caused by an errant pistachio shell. He charged us what I presume is his minimum for a visit. To those of us who are no longer young, it seems like a lot, but is fair for our area.
Description of Work: Repaired our dishwasher.

+ -1 moreOur dishwasher was working oddly. Mike came and asked a lot of questions, then asked us to run a full cycle in the evening and make notes on certain thing rather than having him stand around to do it. When we called with the results, they matched his stated suspicion. The cost to repair the machine might have been a nice pay check for him, but his suggestion was to replace the appliance instead. And he gave suggestions on choosing one. He has always been very prompt but there was a lost day this time because he had a couple of emergency calls and he forgot to let us know. These things can occur.
Description of Work: The visit turned out to be a diagnostic one rather than an actual repair.

+ -1 moreGreat...machine broke on a Friday. I called Saturday morning and they came right out. Fixed problem and ordered part. Price included visit, part and cost to mail part to the home. Thank you!
Description of Work: Repaired dryer by ordering part and having it mailed directly to home. Patched dryer until part arrived. Part arrived within the week.

+ -1 moreMike does excellent work. Today's job was a minor one, but all the work he's done in the past has always been top notch.
Description of Work: Mike has repaired, over the years, almost every large appliance we own. Today he found and repaired a leak in our refrigerator. It was a small problem, but an irritating one, and I couldn't have been more pleased when he solved it in about 15 minutes. Mike not only repairs appliances, but he also installs them. Last year he put in a double wall oven for us-not a small job. He is totally honest and very willing to tell you which appliances will work best for you. If Mike says it is an excellent machine, you can feel confident that he has your well-being in mind. Finally, Mike has added air conditioning and heating to his business. I have not needed these services yet.
