Description of Work: Bill wrote an estimate on various projects on a house to which we had just relocated. Projects kept coming up as we added work that we hadn't identified earlier. It took Bill and his helper (Jeff) two complete days to accomplish the list. Some of the work involved crawling through a narrow ceiling because he wanted to avoid putting holes where they could be seen. Similarly, he and his helper climbed through crawl space under the house to finish other projects. His bill was less than I thought it should be and I added a bit to the reimbursement. He is a clean worker and left nothing behind that needed my attention. If everyone on Angie's list is half this good, I would say that this referral system is a winner!

 + -1 moreBilly did a great job. He went over everything with me and gave me some great suggestion, which we incorporated. He did the work around our schedule. He did quality work and his estimate came in $200 less than the other quotes I recieved. The best part was that the final job cost was even less than the estimate ! I will defenitly use him again.
Description of Work: I had a basement finished. We put in an office and an exercize room. He did the electrical, phone, cable, and computer network cable. He also did the baseboard heat and put in a sub panel off our existing electrical service.
