(2) people showed up and required a $150 fee before inspecting the site. In multiple telephone conversations before the inspection, the owner NEVER said that there would be a fee to look at the job - Yikes! The next worst is that we never received a call back with a quote for the job. Or even a call saying they were not interested.

Very fast and knowledgeable.

3 days later, the walls collapsed. The company stood behind its warrantee, refunded all of our money, and gave us a very fair package for replacing the pool. I would recommend this company again. The owner not only was very concerned about the welfare of my family. He was also meticulous about seeing that the follow up work was done properly, and in a timely manner. I would use this company again.

John was super professional. He called me back right away and scheduled a time to come by immediately. He was efficient and on time both days he had to come to the house. He and his associate were very nice and repaired the motor quickly.

John is amazing. His customer service is supreme, and outshines all else. He was professional and responsive, and returned all of my calls promptly. He was very flexible and accommodating with his schedule, and was even willing to come out in the evening. The price seemed a little high, but the level of service I received compensated for that very well.
