Do Not Use This Landscaper! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional or unresponsive company or individual. Bob got the work last fall and was initially very responsive (eager to get our business ) and provided us with a couple of different estimates based on work. With no time to shop around,  I took him for his word and assumed based on his background he would justify the high price for such a small job. This was my first mistake. Other estimates we later received for the same job had Landscaping Concepts charging 100% more. When spring came, we realized that the sod was not put in properly, with large areas dying despite constant watering and the edges of the sod squares still showing. The sod that was put in was full of weeds - and the initial job of removing all of the original plants in the beds wasn't done properly, as they started to come up through the new lawn!. And to top it off some of the plants he put in are dying and he won't honor his warranty. 
While these issues might mean that Landscaping Concepts is completely incompetent - it was Bob's response that has been truly unprofessional. After a first email request to have him come take a look at the issues went unresponded to, I called in and Bob informed me that he was too busy with other work and talking to other prospective customers to come by. He then came and told me in person that he would find out what the weeds were and have it addressed, and would have one of his team come and fix the issue of plants growing up through the lawn. He has done neither and has not responded to any of multiple emails or calls. He apparently has no professional integrity and had no intention of addressing issues with his work!
There are many (and I am sure competent and honest) landscapers in the area. Do yourself a favor and don't use Landscaping Concepts Inc or Bob Langille.  

I met with Bob from Landscaping Concepts and he was absolutely wonderful!  He was extremely helpful and offered wonderful advice on my backyard issues.  I had called him because he did my neighbor's patio next door and it is absolutely gorgeous, so I wanted to see how much it would cost to do a patio at my house.  Ultimately we decided I was not ready for a patio at this point (my visions exceed my pocketbook right now), but even after we decided this, he was extremely polite, helpful and offered a valuable education on how the entire process works and what kinds of things were possible.  He even told me alternatives I could do that his company doesn't perform!  Who does this? At no time was he selling me or pushing me to do anything, and he seemed more than willing to educate me on things I knew nothing about.  There are not many who would take the time to explain things to you, even after you made it clear you were not able to hire him in the near future.  He never made me feel rushed for a second and was patient and extremely professional.  His professionalism was also apparent when he called me hours before our appointment to let me know he was going to be late, and apologizing profusely.  I am more used to people calling 5 minutes after your appointment, or not calling at all and leaving you waiting.  His level of helpfulness, professionalism and clear knowledge make it so that when I am able to do the work I was interested in, I'm going to call him for sure!

We had a little water seeping into our basement after some of the heavy rains last year.  We asked Bob to regrade a portion of our front yard, near where the seepage was coming in.  Bob did a great job - he did it very quickly, he did it for substantially LESS than the estimate he gave us, he was very professional, answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns, and when there was very heavy rain at the end of March this year, not a drop of water went into our basement.  We are extremely happy with all aspect of Bob's service, and if we ever need any other landscaping work, we will not hesitate to call on him to do it for us.
