Description of Work: We had 3 large flat screen televisions that had to be mounted. FIOS wires were not on walls we wanted televisions on, so a lot of wire snaking was necessary. |Rob suggested we might want smaller cable boxes so they could be mounted behind units and not sitting on dressers or entertainment centers. |Went to Verizon while Rob mounted TVs only to find out they don't stock HD models in the store, plus they were out of stock and would mail them to us in approx 26 days! Rob was terrific- he mounted old boxes and promised to come back when they arrived. |Rob returned the day after we received new, smaller cable boxes and there's not ugly, unsightly boxes in view in the bedrooms and the main box is in an entertainment center in the family room. |*Rob is super neat! A real plus when doing a messy job.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the service i had told roberto what i wanted done..wanted to install 3 flat screens and wanted to get it ready for surround sound, but told him I was also on a budget. So he said that he would work with me and explained what was needed now and was honest on what the best way was.in a day he had everything done and neat and spent time with me explaining how the remote worked for all the devices that he programmed.i have Roberto coming back the end of the year to install the surround sound. I definitely will use his company in the future and for me not seeing wires all over the place is a plus. | |Julie Botelho
