Manny called us back quickly, came to the house, and within 2 days mailed a very detailed description of the work he would do including all materials, the price (guaranteed for 1 month) and a contract to sign and return, and details on dates and weather restrictions (temperatures had to be at least 50 degrees for 3 days straight without falling into the 30s at night). When it came time for the work to be done, there was a slight delay because of the weather, but Manny stayed in touch by phone. The work was done neatly and efficiently. Maybe not as fast as a big company with lots of personnel (?), but I'd call him again to work on my roof, no hesitation. Reliable, excellent work, honest.
Description of Work: Removed gravel from flat roof and 3 feet of shingles from pitched roof; applied 1/2 inch fiber board to flat roof with screws and plates; applied 3 sheets of .06 rubber to fiber board with glue; applied 3 inch by 3 inch flashing to all boarders; applied 6 inch uncured rubber to top boarders off roof; installed white aluminum gutters to 3 sides of roof with downspouts to match; price included building permit and removal of all debris.
