We had him do some work in our home and he came on time. He gave us an estimate. He sent somebody to do the work and they did competent job with the work. They were out and they cleaned up, everything was fine. We had some issue with the leaking toilet valves and those valves were faulty. So I asked him to replace the other two we had in our home. He told me he would order them. I called him as I didn't hear for several weeks. He told that he had me in their list and he has already got the valves but then he never showed up. Then we never got the bill, until four months later for the original work. The bill was reasonable and pretty close to what his estimate was. I think there was little bit of disorganization as we never got rest of the work done. I would say that personally his estimate was good, his workers seemed to be very competent but he seemed to be disorganized and have trouble following up through. We got the bill in September finally. His price was good and reasonable. He didn't follow through the additional work even when I called him up. His initial work was quite good but the bill was sent very late. I may not use his service again as I expect people to do work when they were supposed to do.
